Does some have and can share the files of a unbranded X10a (official firmware)?
I have seen a LAM version floating around but I was wondering if anyone in the US that bought an unbranded unit has these files?
I am running the 023 LAM unbranded version but I rather have a US NAM verison.
The US version has yet to be officially released. My guess is that it will be released with the 2.1 firmware on it when it is ready.

I have found North America Generic X10a Firmware (R1FA014) but I have not tried it to see if it is indeed unbranded and generic or the Rogers branded version.
Has anyone tried that version and then try to update to newest and see what version it downloads?
EDIT: Found out that it is an Argentina release.

Argentina firmware is unbranded. That's what im using on my x10a. It's also updated to the latest R2Bxxx firmware

It does't matter the country you live and your operator, it does matter the Country+Brand of tour firmware

As the update is available only for Nordic Combined firmware, if you really really can't wait some more days, you can flash the 1.6 Nordic Combined and the get the update, following these instructions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=823115

Your phone is branded Netcom or is just a generic on Netcom network?
update have been available since around 20:30 in denmark.
none of the x10 i've seen in denmark has been branded, so unless i'm mistaking, everyone i denmark should be able to update, I did it via update service.
i've only been able to download google maps from market, everything else just stalls, both free and paid apps.
anyways Firmware says 2.1-update1, and as mention earlyer i'm from denmark, the phone has been bought at Telenor DK, and today is 31/10-10

O2 UK, ran SUES and message that i was running latest software, updated anyway as per previous post and now running 2.1 fine. Rooted from: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=824788 install Titanium backup. Everything is good.

Just updated to 2.1, had generic global CE3 1.6 version before..
OK - first up - this is not a XXKI2 release but the DXKI2 release (Singapore), but I just had offered via Kies the I9100DXKI2 PDA firmware. This installed successfully.
My device is now running:
PDA: I9100DXKI2
Phone: I9100DXKI1
CSC: I9100OLCKH1
Build date Sept 8th.
annoying thing about the who upgrade, I'm still sat on 2.3.3.
Has anyone else got an official upgrade via Kies offered to them yet?

does the browser still lag like the KK4 version?
Today, finally, i have received new update JRO03C.XXDLJ4, android version 4.1.1 via Kies.
It's available via OTA too but there are too many downloads so you'll wait.
I know there is new Poland firmware based on 4.1.2 but i was waiting for that update for my unbranded Hungary firmware (i'm in Italy ). That's just an info for who interested, no other. It's not reported elsewhere.

i was also XEH originally, but since i saw that XEH update is really late comparing to other csc-s, i changed csc to SEE and got LJ4 update month ago
