[REQ]HTC Album

Hi,
Anyone seen/got the new HTC Album program? Ive managed to get the keyboard and randomaccess (contacts upgrade) programs but cant find the album anywhere...
Shame - coz it looks well cool!

If you would be so kind as to post some screenies......

1. how do you import the registry settings?
2. where should the files be located? inside the windows directory?

anyone able to create a cab for this nice HTC Album?
just to be able to play with it, until someone makes a Wizard rom with the album included...as i don't have the time right now to cook my own rom

Finally!, JUVS has posted a .cab for the HTC Camera Album , in another forum. Just tested it, it's working fine .

Try installing it on Phone Memory instead of Storage.
Fixed it for me and now it's working.
I absolutely love this app!

but one question, when using it, do you guys see a white "Box" in the left corner of the screen (i know that when you touch in that box, you see the options for htc album) is it supposed to be like that?
another thing is that the sliding from picture to picture is just slightly difficult to do?
but thatmight just be my device, or maybe I need to setup the sensablility of the app.

Manila 3d on Touch?

Hi folks,
i saw some threads in the development section for manila 2d (which really looks cool). I'm wondering if this works on my HTC Touch!? I'm also not sure if there is a cab install version available - or is a rom flash needed (don't want to do that again...)
has anybody already some experiance with manila 2d?

you'll notice that there's a thread a few posts down with the Title "touchFLO 2D on ELF" this is the same thing as Manila 2D. It's a simple cab install and works just fine.

Just try it you will love it.

Looks good, but it doesn't work as it should. On my Elfin Audio Mgr 2 doesn't start, system runs veeery slowly even after uninstalling TF2D (hard reset helps) and cable is causing system freeze :/

just tried it and it really looks cool! It works without any problems...
Sad thing is, that its not working together with any other today plugins...

Touchflow 3D
I also have some problems with this panel, after I installed it to my Xperia I have serious problems, it's look great but it's very slow and after open a few other panels my phone just block, I've to reset the Xperia and then I can go on, so I deside to uninstall it but now way it stay's, and after looking in my installed programms it is gone??? I can't uninstall it and I suppose that the only sollution could be a factory restore. I'ts a pitty it don't work like it should be cause I find it a great interface so if anyone could give us some advise they're welcome. I did install the second little program tf3d_panel but even that bring it to full speed and error free

As the title says, i run on my htc touch hd. where can i find a tutorial on how to install manila on this kind of phone step-by-step ? (tutorial for noobs as you may say) I am totally away from this phone technology and i've found a lot of posts but for htc touch and not touch hd. i want to know which files i must install, where i find them and how can i change the theme. Please, help a noob

Just as nobody has replied and I don't want you to be left in the dark
Have you checked anything in the blackstone forum? That would be a more appropriate place for you to be searching. I understand you may have search for HTC Touch, and that would probabaly be why you came here.
On the other hand though, I think you're phone may actually come with what had been ported to this phone - don't quote me on that but I am sure that it had touchflo as standard?

Audio Manager for X1 WVGA

Does anyone have a working Audio Manager for X1:s WVGA screen (480x800)?
I've got HTC Audio Manager (v2.0 build 1819.2129) running on my X1 (after renaming AudioManager.exe.0409.mui to AudioManager.exe.041D.mui since OS is in Swedish), but all graphics and fonts are QVGA up in the left corner. I guess that it would work to update the mm_skin.xml (and mmr_skin.xml) and double the size of all pics, but that seems like a lot of work. And maybe someone's already done that?
Probably a WVGA version will come with Touch HD, but I want it now!

Yes, it would be great to have the HTC Audio Manager working on the X1.
I downloaded five different versions from the web yesterday; none worked. Searching for hours to no avail.
Help or a working cab would be highly appreciated.

Why don't you try the search function. It can really do wonders.
There is a Touch-IT_Blackstone_Audiomanager.cab in one of itje's posts if I recall correctly.

the actual audio manager program does not work using the Touch-IT_Blackstone_Audiomanager.cab. The audiobooster does, but not the audio manager. I've searched, but have yet to find a working solution to get the audio manager working. Any ideas or help?

Unfortunately, that appears to be the case. That's too bad because the audio manager is a really need program very similar to how the ipod works.

Why bother with audio manager if you're not using tf3d? Audiomanager from the HD is incorporated into tf3d.
use any of the other freeware ones.
If you want Ipod alike then use s2p, it's on here in Dev&hacking, A_C the author even posted up in this section with a better version for the x1 to take advantage of the extra power the x1 has..
Amazing piece of software.

the audio manager program is actually really nice by itself as it has a nice interface very similar to an ipod (being able to browse easily by artist, album, playist, etc). A lot of folks like myself do not want to have tf3d or have to install a custom rom in order to have this program. The only other program that has a nice browser would be pocket player in my opinion. So are you telling me that the audio manager on touch hd is completely different from the other htc devices and the only way to use it is with tf3d?

S2P is really nice but doesn't do well with WMA. Great app from A_C though . . .. . .

Installing only htc Album in xperia, not with manila

I love my xperia except that the album in the multimedia panels is not very user friendly. I miss the Album programme in my touch diamond. Is there any chance that I could only install the htc Album from touch HD to xperia? I don't want to install manila or 3Dtouchflo as they may take up much memory.
I've tried installing the Touch-IT Blackstone Album cab from the #2 post of this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=442154. The programme was installed but i couldn't find any icon to start it.
Pls help.

i have installed HTC Album v2.0.1815.2532.cab from your signature. Seems that it's for qvga screen. It only fits into 1/4 of my screen and the menu bar goes to the wrong place.
Did I install the wrong file or I miss anything? Or there's any other ways to do it?

TF3D album too slow

Hi,
I am using Manila TF3D in my Xperia. Everything works good except the album. Album takes a long time to open. Do i need to do any tweak for that? I searched the forum to find a solution but couldn't find one.

i had the same problem. n i hade only 25 pics or so.....then i installed htc album from diamond 2... now its realy fast with no hold up wat so ever. i liked it for u
