Any Audio boosters(Like HTC TF3D one) than works with media panel? - XPERIA X1 General

Dont want to install TF3D. But i would love to have that audio booster that comes with it and make it work with the media panel.
Any idea if there is one ?

Hi!
I installed SRS WOW HD, sounds great, but lost the possibility to adjust volume in windows media player and media panel.
Then installed HTC Volume Control and voila: Volume control works again in combination with SRS and teh mentioned applications ...
No idea if that applies to ohers as well, but worth a try ...
Greetings from Vienna,
Bax

How did you manage to install WOW SRS ???
THX !!!

yeh what versions of srs wow and htc did you install because I havent had any luck with either of them :S

question: audio booster

Is there any app that will boost the audio quality (for ringtone, music, movies etc)?
also I have another question, I tried the 'anyfolder ringtones' tweak, I did it correctly but somehow it still points out to windows/rings/ any ideas?
thanks
Not sure how you mean 'boost audio quality' because if you listen with headphones you find the audio quality of the wizard very good. If you want to play music with your wizard - there is a very good stereo docking station that does the trick. If you mean try to get a better sound out of the small stereo speakers - then a rom upgrade may help. I noticed an improvement and that why i have stayed with my current rom for now. Also you could try a graphic equalizer to help with the sound = i use the core pocket player . some hacks on the forum that claim to make the sound louder but not better i think!
As for the registry hack - a better solution i think is to place your rngtones in the storage card\my documents folder and they show up in the list of available ringtones
oh thanks for the reply, I appreciate that.
Yea I found that core media player has a built in g.equalizer which in my case doesn't work too well. The problem is the treble sometimes can be too high, or the bass wouldn't come out at all. I have the latest rom, or could it be the headphone? I use the one that comes with it.
About the registry hacking. It doesnt work for me. Yesterday I tried it for hours but it just doesn't work for me. I have to find the solution though cuz I don't want to put all the ringtones and wallpapers in the phone's memory.
Is there any app that can do it fast and easy for me?

Yeah, it does not place a link in startmenu.
You will find it in \Windows\Equalizer.exe and can launch
it from there or create a shortcut in Program Files using
Resco Explorer or similar.
Good luck,
Olioaglio
Hmm.. i tried this, but it just doesn't work on my Gigabyte i120.
its asking me to plug-in my headset, when its already plugged-in.
Is it wk on smart phone?
Is it work on smart phone?
HTC Equaliser 1.02
It's not compatible with Himalaya (XDA II).
Install SRS WOW HD, set Profile to "Headset", then select "Treble Reducer".
It sounds great, full of bass, less treble.
No need for equaliser.

Any audiobooster applications (equalisers) for X2?

Problem is because ringtones are so soft you can barely hear it.. any apps out there?
The audiopara text mod works on the X1. It's in the forums somewhere (use search)
You must try this..Its not a equaliser but it really boosts sound
Ive tried audiopara & the optexperia cab both dont work.. leaves me to ask you guys if there are any equalisers that work on xperia x2 wm 6.5?

This CAB also contains AudioPara + several more files:
thread_sms.htm
AudioPara3.csv
AudioPara3_XC.csv
HTCAPI.dll
libgles_cl.dll
Mind that it also make changes to your registry, so I believe it's better to install AudioPara's files manually.
ummm u should of said that your phone is Xperia X2 because your still posting in the Xperia X1 forums lol hope some guys help you but for me (SE X1) i use optxperiabeta02.cab and it works fine make sure u soft reset after using such tweaks,,
Audiopara works, buit only speaker volume wise.
I want to be able to control the speaker equaliser (not headphones), is it possible?
Audiopara should fix your ringtone issues. Some music players (e.g. Pocket Player) have an equaliser control that works for media played from that application.
You can fix your ringtone in a PC program (e.g. Audacity) if you have individual issues with your ringtone.

I Need A Better Audio Booster

I need a better audio booster for use with my XMI X II Mini speaker, the HD2 isn't quite loud enough, it's leaving the speaker with a lot of headroom.
I have been using the WOW STS HD cab, but I'm finding it hard to boost all frequencies uniformly with it.
Can the built in audio booster be tweaked or is there another program out there that i could make use of?
try the built-in equalizer in pocket player from conduits, maybe it will fit your requirements?

No improvement, seems worse (volume wise) than standard player with audio boost and WOW SRS HD (or even without this).
Edit: Just realised i can use WOW SRS HD with it.
This is still just about on part with standard audio booster i think, will experiment more.
Still would like away to tweak the standard audio booster or WOW SRS HD or an alternative method of boosting audio volume for use with speaker.
Earphones are not a problem (they are loud enough) and i don't mind the standard speaker for ring tones etc...
go the heavy way and starte htc audio booster, pocket player with critical - extreme settings and full bass + bass equalizer preset and srs, i think THAT shoudl be enough xD
for me windows mobile got awsome sound quality, but i still changed to cowon s9 mp

Oh yeah, just realised that audio booster works outside of HTC music player if you configure it in it's standalone app.
How do i configure pocket player to have critical extreme settings?
Edit: I'm just going to assume you meant max settings on the equalizer.
would need to install it again, so dont know exactly, but there are settings like this, just search xD
but its not the best thing of the pocketplayer.. what gives u awsome sound are the DSP plugins + the equalizer -> activate multi DSP in settings and choose surround sound and the bass DSP, maybe something else too, then go to the equalizer and make an awsome own equalizer, i would say with high deeps and ups
then start SRS with a good setting..
and htc Audio booster with like the same equalizer setting as the pocketplayer...
and now go search .flac songs, cause mp3 is to bad for this XD i dont know if it will still sound well after so much things xD..

Well, couldn't find extreme-critical anywhere, maybe it was on an older version.
I just realised that the equalizer which has a soft preamp built in wasn't actually enabled though, it has the word enabled in a list in settings, which made me thought i was enabled, but you actually need to press that and then there will be a tick next to it, there's no box for a tick or anything, nothing obvious that would have given that away.
Anyway I'm all set now, the preamp and equalizer is very loud even without WOW SRS HD.
i was using version 4.0.. >.<
but yea, then its ok^^ already thought what crazy human u are when pocketplayer isnt enough for u xD.. even for me it was enough

Simple Question,Is Zune Audio Manager working in WP7

i know that in terms of android, port from Desire HD,The Native Eq in the music app didnt work,Just wonderd if were haveing that problem here before i decide to try out,Im a big music Lover,i need Eqs
there is no such thing as 'zune audio manager' as far as I am aware. have been using WP7 for a month now. you can download the HTC Equalizer program if you hack the HD2 correctly, this allows you to change sound balance on headphones only. the sound out of HD2 speaker is not great and cannot be improved upon yet, as far as I know.
