you can use puppet master i test and is working on my raphael.

instal in your pc and you take the file from:

Program Files\PuppetMaster\Java GPRS Client - also .jar file for gprs/wifi (internet)

i doubt it as a server has to be run on the system to allow gremote to log onto it

Sorry to bump that old thread, but I think it's better late than never:

VNC should meet all of your requirements..

http://www.google.dk/search?hl=da&q=pocketvnc&btnG=Google-søgning&meta=

Rudegar, youre so much kinder than me..

Usually, I provide some kind of search result myself..
But I was in a bad mood, and busy playing Worms on my Himalaya..
So I only gave the simple solution..
Rudegar does a great job, as allways..

He wants to see his PPC screen on his PC! (Not the PC screen on the PPC with something like VNC...)
Microsoft Remote Display Control (google for it or search the MS site) is your friend, timb551.

yes is called clicker but you need to install server software on your windows machine

I don't think there is such a thing for wm. My wife has a SE so I know what you mean - it is quite effective. It is a bluetooth profile not a piece of software. We don't have that profile unfortunately.

I really like it and you can use wm skins, of which there are some corkers. The reason I used it on my old athena though was that I could get all the buttons of the HTC remote working with it.
as the remote doesn't fit the x1 and tf3d works so well I haven't bothered with it.
Sound is fine from it, there's quite a lot of equalizer and boost options.
Is there an app that would allow me to syncronize files? For example I would create a folder on my computer and assigned it o sync with my WM phone, so older files (same file, different date) would get deleted either on my phone or computer and the new ones loaded. The point of doing this is, that I would have to drag my computer everywhere with me. X1 would suffice for small editing of office files and such. I know any serious work would still have to be done on my computer.

That looks great anybody know of something similar Linux, namely ubuntu

I had the same program installed. One problem, after getting it to work, it wouldn't synch anymore via bluetooth. So then, I needed to reestablish bluetooth connection (new settings) when I want to sync
