Hi!
I have a HTC P3300.
I bought a 4Gb SDHC card, and it won't work. I read at the forum that I would need a different rom, so I downloaded "Artemis_Touch_4.02_Full_with_no_cube", which would have sdhc-support.
Then I executed "STEP 1 - activesync then uspl cid unlocking.bat", that finished ok, and then "STEP 2 - activesync then flash artemis touch rom.bat", which stopped with an error 302.
After a restart all that came up was the boot loader. I then tried to flash the original rom (HTC WM6 Dutch) from the computer, but that ended also in an error.
I tried the SD upgrade (rename .nbh file to ARTEIMG.nbh, put it on a formatted sd-card and load it in my phone), and it finished without errors, saying I should press any key.
After pressing a key, the bootloader popped up again.... :S
Can anyone help me? I have been searching the forum and trying to get my phone to work since 21:00 and I haven't got any progress at all!

did you tried to make hard reset?
and once i had a completely dead artemis.. no sign of life..but it fixed by the following..(and maybe this may help you cuz the flasheng goes not like usual)
while your mobile is off.. press the record botton and the camera and it should starts with usual sd card flashing.
for me this what happens.
the setup was in three phases as i saw... and it took about 30 mins .
maybe it will works for you
I also tried a hard reset, wouldn't work.
I pressed and hold the camerabutton, but nothing happend...
Maybe the battery is empty, so I pressed and hold the camera button while plugging in the usb-cable.
It started the SD-upgrade, and is still busy.
The update ended with a "press any key to continue".
But when I pressed a key, the boot loader popped up :S
When I tried to flash another rom (NLD-FINAL), an error occurred (I believe it was error 270, not sure).
But then the normal startup screen appeared!
I don't know how, but the problem seems to be fixed!
sorry i mentioned the wronge button before..
try to start flashing by pressing the RECORED button and the power.. while your mobile is off.
and be sure that you copied the original shipped ROM to your device (NOT elese)
As you can see in my previous post, I managed to flash the original rom.
I'm gonna try to upload an other rom some other time...
And with a patch I got the SDHC working too!

Hey, thanks a lot, I tought, my HTC-Cruise is ready for sending to repair, but with your info, it works again. I could install the WM 6.1 again, after System hangs up while booting every time. He found USB connection on a colored sreen. Thank you very much.

Hi guys:
Really strange thing. When trying to flash phone (activesync connected) the phone went to blank screen and RUU lost conection. After that there is no way to enter bootloader, but everything else is working ok.
Device has USPL installed, and been flashed many times.
Is there any way to repair bootloader?

Note: Actual ROM is official HTC WM6, with ext ROM modified to 2 Mb capacity.
how are you entering the boot loader
To enter the boot loader you have to either keep the voice record button held while doing a soft reset or keep the same button pressed while the device is starting

Take the SD card out then perform the procedures to get into the Boot Loader, it will work, otherwise you'll see white screen for 2-3 mins then the phone will say "Searching for SD Card..." then it will eventually get into the bootloader, if this solves your problem then please try the search feature next time because this has been discussed many times before...

I had the same problem... to fix-it, just remove the SD Card...

I tried to update my Shadow by the new wm6.1 rom.. the first time it went to 100% and restart with an error 270 : the image is corrupt . After, when I boot loader, it go to 2% and restart every time ( many) :
I'm stucked at bootloader mode and tried many roms but no one sucsess ... all of them reach 2% and then stopped.
even I tried the original one (Shadow_Software_Update_1.11.531.5.exe) from t-mobile official site but also same result.
so can any one help me and give me any solution to try?

* How can I upload sspl/uspl to my phone from bootloader because it's the only mode I can work my phone?
* when I tried to do USPL + RUU it go to 100% and then the phone restart and the RUU program says corrupted image...
then the phone stays in it's state (only can go to bootloader mode).
can I use MTTY program to flash sspl/uspl and USPL and then the new rom? if yes .. how I can do it?

if you can only get to the bootloader then try flashing to the t mobile rom, then start over

Power off the phone
Press and hold the camera and voice keys
Insert the USB cable, Keep holding the camera and voice keys until you get the bootloader screen
Then flash an original ROM.
I was trying to upgrade my ROM to windows 6.1, and something wrong happened.
the update software hangs up on 0% also in my phone, form more than hour.
then I unplug the USB cable, and connect it again, the wizard told me that process will be resumed, but the same for more than hour and nothing happened when i reconnect it again it gives me error connecting
now my device is no longer working, it just give me a colored screen and nothing happened.
is there is anyway to fix my phone.
Is there anybody ? any idea ??

I tried this method but it didn't work.
first i get the SD card and format it using windows (i tried both FAT, FAT32)
then extract the .nbh file from this package RUU_Elf_DOPOD_AU_1.14.710.2_4.1.13.46_02.97.90_BLUE_Ship.exe,
then i renamed it to ELF0IMG.nbh copied it to the root of SD card, then put the SD card in my device,
push and hold camera button and push the power button then the colored screen appeared but nothing happened. i tried also press and hold camera button then soft reset using stylus but it didn't work.
am i doing something wrong

no I cannot start my phone. it just freeze on the colored screen
After freezing my device I tried to open but not opened then I tried to make soft reset again it didnt open then I tried hard reset but the normal menu didnt come instead the menu which is attached appear and telling something serial but not doing hard set now I dont know what I must do Please help

Thats your bootloader.....
to do a hard reset its...
hold down volume up and volume down
tap and release power
keep holding both volume buttons down....
I think whats happening is that your only holding the volume down.
Try taking your battery cover off to get a better press and making sure that up and down are held, then tap the power button.........

Thanks for explanation but it is stilll not working and in addition today for solving this problem I tried to reinstall rom using cd card this case it is waiting at the (loading ) stage I dont know how can I solve this problem

Is it a tmous hd2 (green and red buttons?) or a "normal one"?
What happened to make it freeze crash?
Can you still get to bootloader? (the screen you posted above)
If you can then go to that screen and connect your phone via usb......
wait a few mins and let us know if the word "serial" at the bottom of the screen changes to "usb"........
If it does you should be able to flash a rom via your computer......

nothing only I have re install sprite and rim backups (whic I had before) it started normally and while working freezed I closed and not opened it is staying and wait at (HTC guietly brillant ) stage

try uninstalling actvesync from your pc...... then reinstalling it
would you be able to try and flash on someone elses pc?

My friend, if the phone starts at all you definitely should be able to do HARD RESET.
You are probably not doing well the hard reset. You cannot destroy bootloader with backup programs.
You should :
-hold pressed volume up and volume down buttons
-tap and release power button
-keep holding both volume buttons down for several more seconds until three color screen appears and shortly after that a message will appear on lite blue screen. Then release both volume buttons. Then press volume up button, usually it is necessary to press it once again. System restoring bar will begin to raise up to 100%. After that pres again volume up and system will restart.
By the way your initial rom is 1.66 but on the pictures is 1.48. So you did pictures after you flashed it. Also noted that you have flashed HSPL.
Suggest to download your initial original rom and install it from the memory card. Not sure but may be downgrade of the rom is not possible from 1.66 to 1.44.

I can get the bootloader but it keeps showing "serial" even after connecting it to to the computer.
the "usb" does not come and i cannot update the rom
currently i'm using hyperdroid GBX v11 which is working fine (just one problem that it shows blank screen after a call ends and no display till another call comes) please help

Hmmm......
Try, using another USB port or computer.
Reinstall activesync.
Have you tried flashing from SD card?

If you are 100% sure your stock rom is correct. rename the .nbh file to LEOIMG.NBH, put it on the root of your SD card, and boot into bootloader, it will flash.
IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOUR STOCK IS CORRECT POST HERE FIRST OR YOU MAY BRICK YOUR PHONE,
better to look noob than to brick, there are too many versions of this phone to mess around here.

Did you flash stock via SD?
yes i flashed via sd card its a nand rom TBD_Sensation_XL_Gen3_stock_V3.7
I was trying to install blackSTONEhengeHyPerSlim_4_1 on my blackstone. I installed olinex and after that stored the nbh and exe file on the sd card and then through task 29 flashed it. The rom got successfully installed but now the phone is stuck at the bootup. It says
Checking Radio...
Checking protocol..
Checking Rom..
But now won't get to the next screen.Because of this i can't get to active sync. Please help..Pleaaaasseee
Did u follow the instructions completely, cause it worked fine for me and others... Do you have radio 1.14 or above installed? Did u try to reflash?

Yes i did follow the instructions. Now the phone won't bootup. I tried it with the volume down and power up method. Rom does get installed but then again it won't bootup..

Yes i did try that after my phone got screwed up with test29 method but it shows nothing at all after successfully installing rom..:-s

always read read read and must read before flashing. I think your phone is quite ok. You does task29 to it. what is task 29 means. it means task29 will clean our device completely only splash screen displyaed, phone always stucked on this screen. it is very normal, it means you completyely cleaned your device. now you are ready to flash your device. do the following procedure--
1. remove the battery and reinsert it.
2. now turn on the phone while pushing volume down key.
then bootloader (tricolor screen) mode will be displayed. many times it will not come into bootloader and device normally starts and stuck on splash screen. the reason is simple, you didnt press volume down key properly, it happend many times to me also.
Now remove battery cover, remove battery and reinsert it, dont cover the battery, now take slylus & press volume down strip with the stylus. ( volume up & down keys are installed in battery cover, so when you push volume down key in flap open condition, it should be done by stylus.)

push volume down by stylus & hold it and start the device, it will come in tricolor screen means bootloader mode, on the bottom screen it will show serial.
Now conect the device to the pc & bottom line on the screen will become serial to USB.
Now perform task28= means flash normal rom, do not perform task 29 again.
task29 will take 1 minute to flash while normal RUU will take about 7-8 minute.
try it and give feedback/

Have you flashsed a differnet radio ?
What you did is just Task29 your phone. Task29 needs something to flash in order to do its thing. Usually we flash radios (good ones obviously) because they are smaller than full roms. If you flash a full rom with Flash29, it will get erased after completion.
What you need to do now (since your phone now has no ROM installed) is boot it while pressing volume down to get to the bootloader, plug via USB and flash a rom using a "non-task29" flasher, like the standard BlackStoneCustomRUU.exe file that comes with basically every rom.
Hello thanks for replying my internet wasn't working but i did manage to boot my phone but now the touch stops working after. I know this as i press the volume button and the phone responds to that hence telling me it's not really freezed up. This is all what i did.
Stored .nbh file in the task 29 folder this is the rom version whose nbh file is used (RUU_Duttys_HD_V3.9__XT_Turbo_5.2.21051.1.6.4_1.59.709.0_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.14.25.24_)
After the flashing is done i reset the phone by taking out battery and starting it again in bootloader.
Now i flashed again with (blackSTONEhengeHyPerSlim_4_1)
After installing it completely the touch stops responding.
Kindly help me with what seems to be the problem. Thanks

Hi mate.
I did somthing for you....so i hope it will helps you.
1. download file from this link. http://hotfile.com/dl/115059516/5623431/Radio_1.13.xx(original_hd_nbh)__task29.rar.html and after unrar.
2. Make task 29 with this one. (Nothing change in that unrar folder)
3. After finished T29, take uot battery, put it back, put device to BootLoad. screen.
4. Connect with PC again and flash your desided ROM. (it means if you choice your rom, after unrar or unzip, Rom has own folder with that all files ...BLACIMG.nbh, BS_CustomRUU.exe, etc......

for your guestion: Hmmmm, for me...really good ROM is from Cloudyfa, but objectively, it's up to you, which one from this site you choice.

Yeas mate, i deleted it. I was thinking, that you download this file already and saved it to your PC.

Yes that one is fine. Once T29 is complete take out battery and then re-insert it. Now put phone into bootloader (hold vol down and press power on while still holding vol down. BOOTLOADER IS A TRI-COLOUR SCREEN).
Now flash your rom
i also flashed blackstonhenge hyperslim 4.6 and now touchscreen stopped working....any solution...
