Did you try the new telus rom they released a few months back? It's pretty good!
just have to call and reprogram the phone....should have looked in the telus rom threads...

i have aim 2.0 but it doesnt work
it says proxy isnt connected or something like that
it wont connect it says the host name and proxy isnt correct or something

What rom are you using? Do you have a data plan? or are you trying to run a proxy hack?

i dont know exactly what rom it is but i think it was the latest one... yea i have a data plan.. but when my buddy flashed a new rom in it took out the aim and stuff that the rom originally had on 6.0 so then he put aim 2.0 in and now im stuck any suggestions?

Well, the reason I ask what rom you're running ... is because if you have flashed a new rom on there, and haven't setup your network... the phone doesn't know how to connect.
Its difficult to help you if you don't even know what's on your device... but my suggestion is try running this and see if that helps. Once installed, it will show up in START, SETTINGS, CONNECTIONS.

Have flashed a new ROM and now I don't have my Telenav. I have contacted Telenav but have not gotten any response yet. Can someone pull the files from an orginal ROM and upload them for me. I would really appreciate it.

Does anyone have the latest actual cab file for the version of Telenav that can be downloaded directly from T-Mobile? The OTA cabs available directly from Telenav do not offer much of the same functions and features yet...nor, for some odd reason, is the version for the Touch Pro 2 available on their site.

I tried going that route...it says it doesnt recognize my phone. Still waiting for an answer to my email to support
use a Stock T-Mobile Touch Pro 2 and download the .cab via http://m.web2go.com/ (save it to your momery card).

this will work too its the one is use because tzones/web2go.com is not supposed to work on your phone if u have the correct data plan

Has anyone managed to do this yet? I do not have a stock Touch Pro 2 to work with and cannot seem to find this anywhere. Do I really have to downgrade to the stock ROM just to download this software and then load back to the Energy ROM I am using? Is it possible that there is a registry edit that will make it look, to the T-Mobile servers, like I am using the stock ROM and thus allow me to download from Web2Go?

The AT&T cab did not work for me on a T-Mo HTC TP2 using the 09/17 Energy ROM. The Sprint version DOES work for me.

I have contacted TeleNav through Twitter, and they have assured me that an OTA download was an oversight on their part and will be providing a downloadable OTA version for T-Mobile "soon" as they put it. The Sprint version works for me, but an official T-Mobile/TeleNav version will be nice. I will come back and post the link as soon as I have it.
might be a stupid question but would this cab work on a VZW version?

Ok for some reason i am unable to upload this CAB. I have tried several times without success. So I uploaded it to RapidShare, copy the URL and have at it. This is the version that i downloaded and saved from T-Mo prior to flashing.

I've installed the sprint telenav 5.5 cab in my USA TMO TP2 and works great!. The older sprint versions didn't work for me.

I'm using EnergyROM 2.5 (9/18) and it also worked in the (9/17)
I just want to give a Thank You to ARHMogul! I now have Telenav working on my T-Mobile Touch Pro 2 with the Energy ROM running. This is phone now complete for my needs.
I will try to upload the file the next time I am at my computer so it can be shared with everyone.
I just attempted to post the .cab file as well as to post a .zip file with it and the upload to the forums fails every single time. If anyone knows what might help in getting this up I think many people would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
The size is definitely below the limits set for file uploads to the forums here...

hey guys i'm having a problem with my telenav
i downloaded both versions and i cant seem to get it to work
i open it and put in my name and when i click go it says that my subscription expired and i've already tried to call t-mobile & telenav but they both give me the run around!

It appears that the O2 ROM for the HD2 has removed the WiFi Router utility.
Anyone know if this is likely to be restorable through an application or if it will require a complete ROM flash?

I can confirm that Tom Condon's cab from HERE installs and works well on the O2 ROM. The only thing it doesn't add is a link to the Wireless Controls HTC Sense Settings interface.
An alternative is to flash your device to the generic 1.48 ROM which installs the WiFiRouter fully intergrated into HTC Sense, again it works flawlessly on the O2 HD2. This also removes the O2 branding, but detects and installs the O2 SIM card and network settings without fault and makes your phone like a 'proper' HD2.

You could try this one. Please keep in mind that it's unofficial, so it could be unstable. Secondly, it's android 5.1.1 if that's okay for you.
