with my magician i can connect to a WM6 device with DUN protokoll.
But DUN asks me for a phone-number for the dialup - so i could do a modem-dial-connection.
great ... - i rather would share the GPRS and WLAN connection of the WM6 device.
is this possible by DUN ? - do i have to give a special kind of phone-number to make the WM6 device know to use GPRS instead of dialup ?

I'm having a I-mate jam with an 265mb wifi card but i'm not always connectect to wireless networks.
If i'm not connected and i do click on the IE icon it's itrying to use the gprs settings whom are not installed becaus i don't want to use gprs.
Is it possible that the I-mate doesn't use gprs ore the dialup modem?

I've upgraded my MDA II with ROM WM5 (full RAM version), everything is OK. To connect to my ISP via GPRS, i've created GPRS connection, but I dont see 'Proxy Server' tab as I did with WM2003SE. My ISP use proxy to connect to internet, so that I could'nt connect to internet via GPRS from my MDA. How can I do? Everyone help me,pls!

I want my XDAIIi to connect over GPRS and WiFi at the same time - I use the WifI connection to connect to my laptop so I can project the screen, and I use GPRS to connect to some demo systems.
I've done this sucessfully with the IPAQ 6300, but on the XDAIIi the Wireless Manager seems to let me connect GPRS or WiFi, but not both.
Is there any way round this?

It is possible to share gprs inet connection thu WiFi? I've got 2PDA (Artemis-orbit and Universal). I want to connect orbit to internet thru universal (reason: tmoUK web'n'walk instead of O2 gprs). How to configure both devices?
Is it possible the same thru btooth? I tryed to connect from orbit to uni like bt modem (dial *99.., *99***1#) with APN, pwd, username..... Without any succes.

I'm not sure. You try ad-hoc mode yet? Set Primary pda to ad-hoc and set name of ad-hoc. Secondary pda try to connect that name.
As STK do not work in WM5, I can't get mms/email/internet configurations from Claro, for my 9090.
Then I ask: someone knows what is the exact configuration for Qtek 9090 and Claro ??
I've searching the fóruns and found the configs for 9100, but I think it's not exactly the same in 9090....

I know that. But the point is were you write these configs change from one phone to another....
An I want my 9090 to use internet in many forms, like USB connction, wifi/bt share and GPRS...
If I put the configs in wrong place, I think that will not work as I want....

Like that: I have Wifi and GPRS connections established. When I start PIE it connects by wifi. If I have BT and GPRS, it connects by BT. Only connects by GPRS in case I have only GPRS up...
Priority order:
1 - Wifi
2 - BT
3 - USB cable
4 - GPRS
9090 can do this automatic?
