This looks like a battery for diamond, there isnt a opening for the flash, just for the lens.

How much thicker will the extended battery make it? It's something I'm thinking about too .. extended battery + 32GB mem card

32 GB mem card ? not exist with microSD ?

No, its a matter of time. Sandisk must first released the 16gb MicroSDHC.

Hi , just wonder does raphael battery fit htc diamond?
Anyone try?

^ yes it does fit the diamond.. but you obviously need a thicker back cover as the battery is much thicker

pictures of HTC Touc pro with Extended Battery
Hi guys,
maybe there are any pictures of the HTC touch pro with an extended battery?
The Touch pro is quite fat without battery (on photos), so I'm interested in how it looks like with battery.
Google can't find anything.
Best regards!

Has anyone made an extended battery with the same size but more power ? Like for the Kaiser there is a 1600 mah battery where as the original is 1350 mah, but in the same size.

I sent an email to mugen power batteries to evaluate if they are developing one...

Any updates on the matter ? A release date would be nice.

The HTC touchPro extended battery comes with a back-cover (off course), will that cover also fit the MDA Vario IV. The front-top of the MDA is rounded, but the back seems to be just as straight as the TouchPro. I just want to be sure though

Thats too bad since Im looking for a battery in the same size but with more amps.

Are these really genuine TyTN II batteries?

I'm wanting to get a replacement battery but I don't want to buy a dud. I've noticed a couple of companies selling genuine/orignal batteries and to be fair they do look EXACTLY like the samsunt branded battery that came with my TyTN II. However, on closer inspection, in the top left corner of the pictures the battery doesn't say Samsung. Can't really make out what the brand is.
Anyway, my question is, did anyone get a battery supplied with their TyTN II that was not Samsund branded and looked like the batteries in the following listing?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....m=170230086920&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=007
Considering it is from a power seller and the price isn't to low, i would go for it.
That's the exact battery in mine. Mine doesn't say Samsung. It says Dynapak on the top. idk that one deff. seems legit.
Cheers guys. You've been a great help
well you better get batteries from an authorized agent - they could cost you your device. the batteries you shown looks OK but you need to be definite so go to agent and ask for them, you may pay slightly more but you could also save yourself a headache
Mine is Samsung, I never heard of dynapack. I wouldent buy it .
if you look at the top left corner, you will see dynapak. its legit, never gave me problems great battery life too.
Dynapak here as well.

My original battery is a DynaPack. SOmewhere on here is a thread where people posted the models of their original batteries. There might have been 3 or more variations.
Both are oem. Either Samsung or Dynapack will be fine. My original battery was Dynapack. The replacement is Samsung. I had my battery replaced because it was less than a year old and losing capacity. The ATT warranty will replace it for free.
Dynapack here also in my Tilt. Model KAIS160, 1350mAh.
Hi
I would like to buy another battery, but I don't know what parameters I have to figures out in the search. Can someone tell me what characteristic the new battery must have? Do you think that buy a battery of more capacity [like 1600 mAh] could be better? I use a lot the wi-fi and it consume a lot of power...
I saw battery of 1600 mAh costing less than 1350 ones.... Are they sh*t?
Thanks
extended battery with door
You can get non-oem standard 1000+mAh for 23 bucks at
http://www.wirester.com/at-t-8925-htc-kaiser-tytn-ii-li-ion-battery.html
You can also get non-oem extended 2400mAh with door for 35 bucks at wirester as well
http://www.wirester.com/att-tilt-8925-htc-tytn-ii-kaiser-li-ion-extended-battery-with-door.html
I got the extended one. haven't used it though.
Thanks for the reply.
If it is possible I will buy a battery without extend the back-door because if the PDA become thicker I will have some problem to fit in the car holder...
But my question is related to the characteristic. In the Italian ebay I saw a lot of 1350 mAh battery that cost from 6 to 40 € and I don't understand the reason...
I don't know, also, if the battery with more than 1350 mAh are useful, because on of my friends had bought a xlarge battery for his PSP and the time of using is reduced compare to the original...
I'm confused... Can you help me? If someone have bought non original battery can tell me the characteristic and his opinion compare to the original one?
Thanks
My first Tilt had a Samsung in it. The rear speaker failed after a month, so i got an entire boxed replacement at the store and it had a Dynapack in it. Havent had a single complaint with the 2nd unit i got with the Dynapack battery. Heck, i think even the battery life is better with the Dynapack than the Samsung one I had first.
Thanks for your advice. I've found some Dynapack in ebay.it and I think I will buy this.
If I will have more info about I will tell you!
Thanks Bye

The battery of the highest mAh that remain of the same size of the original that I found is 1600 mAh...
Bye
there are only a few differences i can see with it vs mine... with that one, it has a DC##etc under the bar code, i have a S/N: ###etc.
The one i had in mine was a Samsung, model KAIS160, rating 3.7VDC, 1350 mAh, 4.2BDC
Of course, i did buy a used device, but i believe it was the OEM battery...

Anybody tried the HTC 1500mAh battery in the Tmo HD2?

I finally got around to looking today, and it seems that there's an official 1500mAh battery to fit in the HD2...but I can't seem to find any reliable (other-than-chinese-ebay-seller) confirmation that it fits in the Tmo US version. I'm fairly confident that it will, but would love to know for sure.
Has anybody tried this one yet (or any other 1500mAh stock-size batteries), and if so do you get much more time out of regular use?
This is the one I'm referring to: HTC 35H00128-00M Li-Ion Standard battery

They probably got the size wrong. This site is saying it's the same battery that ships with the HD2. HTC never made a 1500mah battery for the HD2.
that would be perfect!!! a 1500 sized battery would easily grant me 2-4 extra battery life... and thats all i need tbh...
the stupid sprint evo phone... is coming with a 1500 battery.. and thats practically a replica of our hd2... so it makes no sense as to why manufacturers are unable to make a 1500 battery.. it is completely mind boggling...

I'm sure the evos battery will be bigger in dimensions, though. They can only fit so much power in lithium batteries. If it was possible to fit 1500mah into a battery the size of our HD2s, I'm sure someone would have done it. Lithium battery technology is the same it was 5 years ago... there's not much they can do about it right now.

Yeah, and if I'd bothered to just take mine out and compare the model number, I would have noticed that
It's stupid though that when you google that part number, there's a number of places listing it as 1500mAh.
I agree with the "they can only pack so much into a set amount of space" theory, but...there ended up being some higher-than-1500mAh (which is stock capacity) batteries for the TP2, that fit in the same space. However, I know that they probably put the largest capacity they could in the HD2 right from the start, it's obvious that 1230mAh part is barely adequate.
Check the link again , they just change to 1230mah .
htc evo battery compatible w hd2
Does anyone know if the HTC evo battery compatible with hd2? The casing looks the same unlike incredible which the battery is larger and the conductor is inverted. Thanks.

This is the battery life I got on Sprint's new Evo 2600mah extended battery with medium use. This was taken with 5% left on the battery.
Nice... i cant sacrifice the size for it though
Have you found a cover for the Evo with the extended back.
Seido makes a case but its really pricey.
yea not worth the increased size imho still nice battery life

The battery is not something I would want to use on a daily basis but for traveling or if your going to be without a charger for an extended period of time it will be nice.

I always keep a backup battery in my wallet, heh. I bought the 1800mAh battery from htcexpress that is said to last longer than the original, and you don't need another back.
I have the 3500 battery (for about 6 weeks now) and I don't notice the bigger back. It actually makes the phone feel better in my hand. The extra battery life is great. I don't use any kind of case or screen protector anymore. The phoneis doing just fine.

1800 for sure any more and the battery manufacturer might start stretching the truth about the actual mah especially if its a china battery.
Looks like someone has got 2000mah in stock size, haven't tried it yet, anyone?

I have an 1800mah chinese battery... I'd say its about 1% better than the factory evo battery. Blah
Stop complaining about a bigger back if u havent actually felt it IN HAND. Bigger battery back feels GREAT and makes the phone more manly. As adam carolla would say "in 50 years we'll all be chicks"! (no to mention the black on white on black looks sooooo sweet on my white evo!
I switched back to my standard battery today and it was at 50% about a 1/3 through the day.
Yeah, the Sprint extended battery is great. It's a Li-Polymer.
Li-Polymer would be horrible with a device that requires much charging...

Mugen Battery - 1300mAh

Anyone tried this on DHD?
http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/mugen-htc-desire-hd-battery-extended-battery-1800mah-p26775.htm
I've seen a few comments on other types of phones and was wondering if they are similar for DHD.
1300mAh is a waste of time imo. If we get anything around 1500mAh upwards I might be interested.

I noticed there was an 1800mAh which was discontinued but I don't know the reason. It sounds suspicious though. Also, higher mAh would mean larger battery and will require to change the battery cover.

I doubt they can fit a bigger battery in due to the alu case but I notice that the DHD battery feels very light which makes me feel there is room for a bit more capacity even within the same physical space.
Look for the Mugen thread in the accessories section ......

I noticed on one website that they are trialing new batteries with bugs that reproduce themselves (harmless) they can double or more a battery of the same size with these microscopic bugs on the cells.maybe be some time before they come out as they are trialing them in the universitys first, one thing about smartphones is that the phnes have come on leaps but the battery's have lagged behind somewhat.

[Q] Xperia PLAY extended battery??

Would someone give me a suggestion of buying extended battery for the PLAY? I found an information of 3600mAH Mugen Power battery quite impressive but it come about double size in thickness compare to the stock one that scare the **** out of me. I wish not to make my phone anymore bulky as it already is My $$ would go for kinda 2000~2200mAH extended battery with a same dimension of the stock one.
There is always the 1800mah version.. havent seen any other
http://www.mugen-power-batteries.co...xperia-x1-1800mah-extra-eros-akkumulator.html
Yeah, I think it is the only availability now.
I have a Galaxy S Vibrant and bought one of those 3500 maH batteries. Yes it makes it thicker and heavier, but to me it is definitely worth it considering it extended my battery time 2 - 2.5x. I get more than a full day out of the phone. It's a tradeoff you have to decide what it's worth. Of course, you could just buy a second battery and swap them out when it get's low...
