does any one know how to make a reflashing throw SD? can anyone make a guide? plz helpme to revive my dear phone.

Your phone can be reflashed with Mtty even when it freeze on the boot screen cause its not necesary have the phone ON.
Tried to do a hard reset maybe is a windows registry problem.. after the hard reset the values on registry will be reset to default.
already done that, and doesnt work, even it reflashes through USB but afther reaching 100% the phone restarts and get stuck again in the same place, no matter if I hard Reset or reflash by USB the phone still get freeze.
can any one tell me how to delete all the data on the memory to make a clean reflash? or how do I reupload the firmware? is there a way to recover the phone?
remember I already install the WM5 and back to WM2003SE but after that the problem started, maybe i screw someting wile doing it?

lastnight when i downgrade from WM5 to WM2003SE without having sd image, i used typhoontools to flash the bootloader from the french orange rom then reinstalled the lastest Qtek 8020 rom under bootloader mode. everything seem going well.......BUT when it get to 100%, the phone restart itself, and on windows saying something like "Successfully............you may now retart your smartphone....."
after the phone restarted it go straight to the bootloader mode (3 colors screen) and i try to hard reset........it dosen't work.....
then i try to flash the rom again........same thing happen
Could anyone have any idea??? plz help me..........otherwise.........my phone will never be able to use..

I have serious problem with my PDA SPV M2000 after upgrade to WM6. After upgrade i try to restart my PDA with Hard Reset, but can see only 4 collored screen. I can acess only bootloader mode and nothing else... PLEASE HELP

I try all the steps 5 times but nothing. I try use WM6 from helmi and xpode. With the same resolution. Now i try to downgrade to WM2003...

the grey screen with serial v 2.07 is the bootloader mode...
maybe a reflash will do the trick...
how did you screw up the upgrading process? did you accidentally unpluged the cable? is it a corrupted file?
I have never experienced this, but, if i were you, I would reflash it. if nothing good come up,then maybe the file you are using to upgrade is corrupted...
hope this helps, and maybe the experts would have more ideas cause i am just a user.....

Ibhave a tmobil MDA amd i did an upgrade to windows mobile 6 and now my MDA is slow in most of the programs also the SMS when inserting any messages the words do not show after at least 10 sec.

What ROM did you use for flashing?
(also some installed programs may slow down your device a lot!)
I had the same problem. From time to time whem im flashing my phone its happening. After few soft resets it'll be ok.
Guys, i accidently upgrade my pda2 device with a BA rom.I use helmi's wm 6 rom for BA to my pda2 (alpine) it completed the flashing process. now it's dead! no charging light when i try to charge, non of the buttons work, nothing happen when i try to reset, hard reset or other combinations. is there any way to get it back? how can i enter the bootloader menu again?

there is no accidently u tried to update stupidly to wm6, there is no excuse for this, and you are now the proud owner of a totaly buggered pda.
serves you right realy, as if you read the forums, u will find there is no wm6 for the xda 2i, and the file you would have used will have stated that it was wm6, 1000%
there is no way of getting it back now... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
well unless u can plug it into your pc ang run the 2003se rom.
p.s. how stupid.

Try to bootup without the SD card (and may be SIM), I had this problem with my Vox, the SD Card was corrupted. After formatting the SD Card, everythig became normal.

the pda at the first time has booted and i have configured the regional time and the pen alignment until the the screen that says Setup complete, click to proceed (or something like this).
After this, it gets stuck on the windows mobile 6.1 boot screen

the problem persists!

assuming ur phone is just dead ie just blank screen do this
1.power off the phone remove batter and press the power button 3 secs
2.put batter back in to the phone
3.Press camera button and then power on at the same time u will get tricolor
used usb and Flash new ROM
or press camera button and do soft reset using stylus this will also give u the tricolor use USB and flash new ROM

Everything was running fine till I soft reseted the device. On soft reset it stucks at the start up screen

OS 1.17.0.0
Then it shows the windows animations and then it hangs.
This has happned to me twice.
I had installed following applications after the ROM upgrade. Does any application creating a problem
1) HTC Home (6 tab plugin)
2) S2U2,S2P,S2V
3) Quick Menu
4) Opera Mini
5) TCPMP with many codecs

I had tried that also but not able to recover I had to burn the ROM again .
I am scared now to soft reset my gene. Never know when it will get hanged again. (pls note that it does not hang on every soft reset).
I liked the new ROM (6.1 pro Sumeet) so much. It is fast and have left enough room to add/execute other applications. I have read so many good comments about the ROM. I do not want to change it to any other version.
Please.. please try to get some solution.
