Can anyone tell me how to change what's in the circles on the taskbar to my own choices, or remove them completely? I'm hoping it's a registry setting?
Also, should there be a clock there in the corner? There is if I go into programs/settings or wherever, just not on the Today page. Again, hopefully a registry setting?

HTC Home plugin, Contacts tab,
Can anybody advice, how to change dimentions of favorite contacts boxes to make them more square to present pictures of my friends?
Now they are about 5mm high and 15mm wide - very panoramic ;-)

using 32x32 icons squished into an icon dll. Claunch has issues > 32x32, so use a nice paint program and make custom icons.

I've tried to search but can't find how to, or what prog is needed to show a bunch of program shortcuts on the today screen, like the XDA dev special edition rom 1.2for PPC, which has many icons in a block.
Also does anyone know if the XDa-dev program 'welcome.exe' will run on Xda2i? Or anythng similar which cuts out the stupid cut and paste thing etc on hard reset?

I've read in the Wiki and in the forums that there is suppose to be an icon on the main screen that allows the user to force the screen rotation. I've tried all the registry hacks I've seen, and I still can't get this icon to show up. I'd like to be able to quickly switch between portrait and landscape mode without sliding the cover. (e.g. While web surfing, some sites are viewed better when in landscape mode.)
Anyone got any suggestions for me?
p.s. I'm on the QTEK1.35.255.2 ROM.
As far as I remember Spb pocket plus is perfectly able to handle this.

I'm looking for something that allow me to put a separator (black or transparent) in my Today screen.

I tried to add some height to my bottom status icons, but it's not very "nice" (if I click between the Home button and one of the Status button, I actually click on one of these last buttons ...)

Make one tab with HTC home on it
Set the fixed plugin height to something like... oh, try 190 pixels
try this. its from the LG Prada Plugin. go into settings>today>items>spacer2 and then options on the left hand side. you can set it to any number of pixels you want to go between the two today items. you can then place it where ever you want it on the today screen, and activate it.

Can anyone explain the unevenness on my screen to me?
I've seen that i'm not the only one with this *problem*, and maybe someone can give me a solution to solve it, because it would be a lot better when my screen is equal.

As you can see, the problem is under the taskbar. It's only in TouchFlo, and in the titlebar of each tab...
In other programs like Navigator or GoogleMaps you don't see the unevenness.

Problem solved! I installed a No Curtains cab and now the screen is equal!
