Best Universal Deal From USA?

Hello,
I've been waiting a long time for the Universal to be more accessible in the USA, but it looks like nothing is happening over here. Can any of you share how you were able to get the Universal in the USA? I've looked into buying used on Ebay.uk, and now I see there are a lot of cheap units from China on just about every Ebay site. The used units from Europe aren't much of a deal over buying from Expansys, and the China deals look like the worst scam ever. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

You can reliable buy it from Ebay from a reputable seller. If you use PayPal, you get buyer protection. I needed this because the first time I bought a JASJAR, the seller did not deliver. PayPal refunded my $977.

I previously bought a pda2k from him also. He has the best customer service and prices for universals. He carries the qtek 9000 and the I-mate jasjar. As well as the jam, pda2k, etc
He responds to emails within an hour or less usually. Very responsive and will personally answer your universal questions.

Before that, I was thinking about buying from Ebay - but you always have to worry about whether or not you're going to get your product or not. And there are sites that sell O2 execs for around $800 and they seem too good to be true (called them up - don't sound too honest if you ask me - my 2 cents).

Brand new XDA Exec for sale

First of all, I'd like to say a big hello to everyone on the Universal forum. I got my XDA Exec a couple of weeks ago, and thanks to the help and advice on this forum i've managed to strip out the O2 branding, upgrade the radio and generally improve the machine.
I love the exec, but unfortunately my wife doesn't. I ordered two through my business, and my wife took one look at mine out of the box and hated it. I would sell it on ebay, but my experience with trying to sell other phones has left a bad taste in my mouth (nigerian scammsters, non-paying buyers etc).
The phone is unlocked (based on the fact that mine was). The box is not sealed, but was like this when it was sent by O2. I have not opened it.
