Can anyone help me to find GPS MAP for UAE or Gulf to be loaded on my P3300 HTC Mobile. I have Navigon6 but its outdated
this map is for Gulf Countries used on Navigon 6. put it in the Maps folder where you instaled your program.
let me know if it works, as it's working fine with me here in Dubai.

ähm...just a question: are maps already included in iGo ??
There´s a thread here in Polaris forum with TomTom CAB, and you do need maps. But maybe he just lost the installer (like me with TomTom) and is in search of the original CAB (cause he has maps already on his SD-card ?)

He's also asking for DE AT CH and Western Europe Map if possible. So no, I don't think he just "lost" his CD. If he did he'd be able to get a new from iGo quoting his serial number and name.
Did anybody succed to run this on HTC Elf ?

I have this problem too.
I don't know if the problem was the rom, i don't know. My solution was to install a preview release of IGO8.
my IGO 8 that works fine is NAV N GO IGO 8 8.0.0.41506 of dat June 3 2008~

Same here. Now using Garmin Mobile XT, but it does not support lane assist and 3D building. Read that Garmin in Asus Nuvi Fone M20 support that, hope someone can rip this apps and make it available to Window Mobile 6.1 / 6.5 Users.

No, I am also hoping to get hold of an English ROM to replace my Chinese one. Maybe when we see the Win 6.5 update someone may pick this up, but as of now, there seems to be absolutely nothing out there.
If someone wishes to PM me on how to poke around inside the phone that I have, I would be glad to help out.

Surely i think your M20 has a special China localised edition of ROM and Garmin inside, something like Garmin Mobile XT 5.00.30. Probably it would be better to find the Europe edition somewhere

i have tryed to start it on Diamond and Touch Pr2, without success. The program crashed even without any messages just after starting:-/
I believe Asus & Garmin expert customise it so in order to make it work for other WM it will need experts to figure out workaround
Win 6.5 Upgrade
The Win 6.5 upgrade rom was released this week for Singapore models. http://wt.is/w. I had to tweak the .exe with a Hex editor to get it to update my device (Replaced SGP00 with HKG00) and it upgraded with no problems, retaining my previous maps (which are stored on the internal SD card).
For those looking to extract the Garmin program from this device, this is just a tweaked version of Garmin XT which can be found on numerous torrents or rapidshare etc.
Garmin mobile XT can work on xperia X2?if work,i wan install to my x2..So,give link for download...

I agree that a link to get the SW is not "kosher" ... I tried to find it on Garman's site to purchase it, but it is no longer offered by Garmin --- but it works very well on the X2 ...
Garmin only offers the equivalent for the Blackberry (ot WinMo) and is beginning to offer one that is based on the newer Garmin SW -- but only for the iPhone ... guess that WinMo phones are left in the dust ... but it wouldbe nice if they offered it so that it could be legally used on the machines -- even if it was purchased "as is" without Garmin tech support ...

No you dont need to use registri editor=
The step are:
1. Instal garmin from this site where I post
2. Start garmin and view the S/N on your memory card
3. Start Garmin keygen you will find in google and generate key and put in SW.UNL file with Notpad and put the file in folder /memory card/Garmin/
4. Download map whot you want from internet and again with garmin keygan generate key for the map and put in fille GMAPSUPP.UNL again with Notpad the name on the map must be the same GMAPSUPP.* and put the map and the file in /memory card/Garmin both of them
5. Start Garmin and navigate where you

the problem is that the market doesn't allow me to install it.

First, you need this.
Then you need to root your phone and fake with Market enabler that you're from some Australian carrier.
Then you'll be able to download Garmin, or whatever you want.
