Yup, often orange cards work in o2 devices i found.
That's because All O2 contract phones are supplied unlocked nowadays

Your phone is SIM locked. You will need to have it SIM unlocked. There are many companies that can do that located on the internet for very little money. Good luck!

someone told me to use athena unlocker or herm unlock tool I tried 2 and nothing happens i need to use at any gsm provider help please
SIM unlocking is phone specific. I think because most Treo Pro's are factory SIM unlocked there hasn't been a lot of popularity in creating a free SIM unlocker for the locked versions. So you'll have to go the paid route, as I mentioned. Do a Google search for Palm Treo Pro SIM unlocking and you'll find a solution to your problem.
