I want to use my wizard as remote capture or as webcam.
Is ther any way to do this?

I looked through it and fihured out how to do it. Howver I will tell you right now, in any language, it is not worth the effort.
Howver if you are going to do it, I suggest using
Pocket Controller-Professional as aposed the free microsoft app, MS app sux.
Also the Soft Cam App also kinda sux...
But i guess its better than nothing.

It doesn't say wizard supported (im on cingular 8125) but it does say magician, i have yet to get this to work. Best of luck to others on getting it working.
CoolCamera version 1.11 works as Webcamera on HTC Wizard (and other models).

I confirm, sup2006 is right! The last version of coolcamera finally does it, you can use your wizard as a webcam

this works pretty good... too bad it only works for 25 seconds for the unregistered version... does anyone have the update or whatever to make it the full version????

Well, PCP has been tried and all I can say is:

Its ace and if you are willing to spend cash, then this is it.
LOL, its excellent, I have no idea about most of the features as I have just used it for 10 minutes and went straight for the kill with the remote camera.
Actually, I say remote camera, the entire device is remote, you just see on the PC what is on the device screen.
Definate must.
The one drawback I can see is that it doesnt work if the device is in standby. i.e. One press of the power button. Coolcam works so I don't see why this doesn't, but hey, I'm not complaining,
Hi guys, got a program here not only myself is interested in but I personally think ALOT of people have been after a program like this. However only a 7 day evaluation

It's veery slow, and the inbox resolution is terrible. But 0 class sms it's cool feature! it should be implemented in all sms applications.
Is there a problem with only a 7 day evaluation?

Yup, I've been looking for this kind of application ever since.. but Im heeding the warning to thread with care... so I'll wait for somebody to try and recommend this before doing it on my own. I still cant get over my experience with xcuspular..

Works on my 6.1 devices.
man...i've been uninstalling and installing opera 9.5 so many times in the past few days, its crazy...but i look forward to playing with this when the QVGA version is available.

Have no clue but you can type "opera:config" in the address bar and I remember seeing something about that in there....but i could be mistaken.

just thought u would like to know i have just been over to the spb forum where one member asked the administrator if they wanted feed back on the early leak (i thought it was a test cab but the admin guy said it is a early beta). he said that most of the problems in it are already known and have been fixed.
He then went on to say to wait for the offical release before giving feedback on problems which is DAYS AWAY NOT WEEKS.
So i expect it next tuesday as i have heard spb like releasing stuff on tuesdays

the beta is still a 3.0 build so it should upgrade for free if u have registered it bit as the leak is well known by spb they might (if they were smart) make the serial codes different so that it does not upgrade.
we will see soon,i dont mind paying as i know spb products a top notch but getting it free would be a bonus

yeah i got allready some bugs, but i spend alot of time for the widgets menues and sort everything on spb mobile 3.0 (beta) it would be cool if it save the config (widgets,contacts+foto) and everything, and just make an update to official release...

yes mine is registered. the place i got mine from and a text file with serial codes and a keygen to unlock it past the 15 days
