after update my pda2k windows CE2003 to WM6 i got activsync error my ppc con't connect to desktop pc when i restart the desktop pc its connects but many time fail to connect plz help me what can i do i m using microsoft activsync 4.5 and windows xp.
is there any FM radio software for imate pda2k WM6??

I have a problem with synchronising with 2nd PC. I upgraded my machine with the WM2003SE ROM DCS provided. The synchronisation was fine with my PC at home, but the problem arose when I tried to synchronise the machine with my office PC.
The pop up windows says the version is incompatible. The ActiveSync version is 3.71 something. My office PC does not have bluetooth, I have always used to go with IR sync. There is pup-up window in my mobile device asking for 'update ActiveSync of your desktop PC'
Is there anyway to fix it? I did not upgrade my home PC.

hi i am currently upgrading my xda II to wm2005...just want to know if i can use activesync 3.8 on wm2005 or do i need to upgrade to activesync 4??....thanks in advance

downloaded activesync 4 build 4343.....xda 2 wont connect to my pc.....i have win xp sp2.....its just keeps connecting and nothing happens

I have QTEK S100 (with 1.13 OS if does metter). On desktop Computer I have installed WinXP SP2 and ActiveSync 4.2.
Now I have such a problem: When I explore my PPC thru ActiveSync I can move/copy/delete files on PPC, i can add files from Desktop to PPC, but I can't "donwload"(copy from PPC to desktop).
Before I was able to copy from PPC to Desktop, but I don't know exactly before which "modification" it was.
I tryed diferent versions of ActiveSync on my computer and nothing happens, the problem still persist.
I tryed PPC on another computer with ActiveSync 3.8 and it seems to work proprely.
So.. the problem must be somewhere in my Desktop Computer.
Who had the same problem? Please help me.
(Also Hard Reset of PPC didn't help)

I found myself fighting how to configure my Pocket PC (ATT 8525/HTC Tytn/HTC Hermes) as modem for my Vista Computer. I just upgraded the ROM and the new AKU3 Rom replaced the modem with something called INTERNET SHARING. Finally I figured ou how to connect my Pocket PC and Vista computer via USB and BLUETOOTH. I try to connect my Xda 2 with PC but I getting sync problemss,
I have Microsoft activsync version 4.5 and I getting following message.
“Cannot verify the version of Activesync on your device, a program such as firewall may b blocking a port activesync uses to connect to device, or you may need to upgrade to more recent version of activesync on your pc”
I uninstalled and downloaded version 4.2 and then getting message only “ Microsoft activesync version is not appropriate with my device”
I am a bit fedup now because I try to solve this problem from last few days.

It won't work, if you have Vista installed on your pc.Neither 4.2 not 4.5.
I have windows xp on PC.
You must shut down firewall when connecting or installing programs via ActiveSync.. I used to have the same problem.. Sorry for my english..
