SIM Unlock without a SIM
Hi guys I've got the unlock code for my device but problem is I do not have a SIM from a provider other than my own. Is there any way to put in the unlock code without a foreign SIM???
I think that people´s work must be paid, but 38€ for a unlocking code its abuse, but this is just a opinion.

I have unlocked my Magic witch was SIM locked to Vodaphone Spain and all i had to do was to put in my Swedish SIM-card and power on the phone to get to a screen there i put in the unlock code. If you have your SIM card pin-protected you maight want to trie to disable the PIN first.

Borrow a friends sim that uses a different provider. It doesn't have to be foreign, it just has to be another network.

My T-mobile Mytouch 3G is locked to T-mobile and I can't get the unlocking code nor from the unlocking websites nor from T-mobile. How can i get it unlocked?
Will flasing the ROM unlock it?

Why can't you get an unlock code from T-Mobile? They gave me an unlock code for mine for free... http://expressunlockcode.com/htc.aspx they say that can unlock it for you.
I don't think flashing a rom unlocks it.

I have the same problem. Every unlock place online says the IMEI returns a "Code Not Found"
I was able to find a guy on ebay that says he can get it even if the IMEI returns "Code Not Found" but it cost me $30
Anyone know what some IMEIs return a Code Not Found error?
Do you just call up tmo support for the unlock code? Are the specific criteria or questions that you need to meet or answer for it?

He is correct. There is one guy on ebay that can get them unlocked. It took about 3 days for me to get my unlock for him. Worked great though!

Free unlock have not seen....even with lock you can use your phone in China......via a partner of T-mobile.....
I havent seen free unlocking service, i had locked Mega phone and payed a small fee to a guy in ebay.
Indeed.....we love free but for some services you have to pay.....many sites available where you can do that.....
BTW T-mobile will not help you..... they want the phone to be locked.....

I have contact their support, but their have write to me that i must call assistant service of o2 from my o2 card and ask the unlock code

It would not work unless you call using your actual phone and sim. O2 will only give unlock codes to their own customers.

Please could someone from T-mobile help me to get a unlock code for my phone please!! I am very tight on budget cant buy a code.....
To further explain, He is looking for someone currently on tmobile to take his IMEI and request an unlock code for his HD2, then send him the code. Anyone with an active tmobile account (for at least 3 months I think) can do this for him, provided they have not gotten an unlock code for another phone in the last 90 days.
So any of you on tmobile not planning to unlock something before 90 days maybe can help him out.
I have purchased a sim locked Galaxy S8. It was originally bought from A1 Austria and i want to use it with 3 Austria. I have ordered an unlock code from sim-unlock.net but they cant unlock that phone. They messaged me that they dont found a code! I also tried it in two local repair shops but they also didnt managed it to get a unlock code for me! Can someone maybe from austria help me how to unlock my phone! I hope to get a answer soon and sorry for my bad english!
Its possible the server there using is given trouble! This basically just means that your phone should still be able to be unlocked but the server they are using is unable to do so at present! I work in a repair shop and the server we use for unlocks is actually rejecting alot of them lately.... particularly Iphones and Samsung! LG, HTC etc are all fine for some reason! Might just be a case of resubmitting the unlock in a few days for it to come back unlocked successfully!

Not really. The only way to check would be to d
submit the unlock and it would be expensive from my end. Much cheaper for you to get it done locally. Some network providers will give you the unlock. Have you contacted ur network provider?
In my local repair shop they wasnt able to unlock it. I also contacted A1 austria (the provider the phone is locked to) and they would charge 150€ for unlocking the phone.
