Motorola HT820 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=249219

u will need a A2DP profile for listening music thru bluetooth. u can try the stack but otherwise its not possible in mini to listen music using bluetooth. it jsut doesnt support the profile for bluetooth music transfer.

I CAN LISTEN TO AUDIO VIA BT HEADSET

Forgive me if this is not a revelation, but to me it is........ I was playing MP3's today thru my car stereo using my XDA IIi when suddenly I began hearing the MP3 through my Jabra BT250 headset, I was in shock, anyway I disconnected and re-connected several times just to make sure that its not a fluke and it works like a charm...at the time I was using Pocket MVP as I find Media Player crap but it also works with media player.
That's really cool. Do you think it's got to do with MVP itself? Does that hold some kind of audio profile for BT?
I've been looking for this for ages to get skype to send audio to my Jabra but I just gave up. I'm also on the Xda IIi.
hey can you tell us your bt version and build ..also if you know if your bt hardware is 1.1 or 1.2
thanks
it says
BT-PPC/PE Version 1.0.0 Build 3900
am i right in assuming this is the broadcomm stack and not the widdcomm?
Also does anyone know how I could upgrade this version as i am still having problems sending files via bluetooth to my laptop.... my wife has an I-Mate (xda 2) and i can transfer files from her phone to my laptop using bluetooth easily!
Any help would be appreciated
Cheers!
Any luck listening to audio with moto HS810 on xDAII?
Anyone have any luck setting up a Motorola HS810 w xDAII ?
Kindly advise. thx.
Not with the XDA2, but I bought an HS810 once I upgraded to the 2i as the o2 bt clip headset I had wouldn't work. Works great! I suspect the XDA2 only has 1.1 BT profile and possibly the 810 won't be backward compatible?
Cheers

How that? This is the first time I hear somebody claiming that the Magician is capable in doing this. Which ROM version do you have?

I don't think this is possible on the Magician yet else it would be headline news!

BLUETOOTH - T-Mobile Vario II

Hi guys
I know this has probably been asked before and I have searched the forum and read many threads - some of them get very technical!
Basically, what I want to know is, is it possible to have the other sounds the MDA Vario II makes output on bluetooth?
I'm a biker and have a BT equipped Helmet (Nolan N-102). I use TomTom Navigator 6, Windows Media Player and sometimes listen to the radio via 3GPRS internet connection. I'd love to be able to hear all this audio in addition to the mobile phone!
I'm sorry if this is rather 'old' for many of you!
JC
If your helmet has stereo bluetooth (A2DP) than it does so by default.
There is somewhere a tread here about the option to also output all sounds to a mono bluetooth headset. I didn't try that myself.
Look at this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=278778
I use it and it works great.
Thanks guys
Still struggling with this one but hopefully crack it someday!
Just had a reply from Nolan, the manufacturer of my bluetooth helmet:
'As per your request, please note that our N-Com system does not support the A2DP profile for listening to music via Bluetooth.'
I guess this maybe a reason why I can't get BT comms from the Vario except for phone
If you read this post

It will tel you how to get all sounds to your Bluetooth headset. I use it to listen to music in mono on my headset while walking. I use the Mort Script. It's the bomb.

bluetooth listening

Hi there,
I am a biker, and using the famous HTC touch 3G.
With my helmet bluetooth headphones (Scala rider - teamset) I can make phone calls; but cant listen to music, nor can hear the navigation instructions, which is the most important.
Does anybody can help me on that??
Thanks.
Naim E. GEZGIN
google for "BlueTooth Audio v1.0", used it with succes to have navigation instructions on my parrot CK3100
I've just bought a helmet with Bluetooth built in (RS-v121), for the music audio to start I needed to go to the bluetooth devices, long click on the headset to show its options and select 'set as wireless stereo'.
What I am looking for now is a way of recording from the headset mic for doing commentary.
I have downloaded and tried the program without success..
Can you please let me have the link where u were successful?
Thx
