I wonder if you can help me.
Basically, I have a T-Mobile MDA Vario II and a Plantronics Discovery 655 Bluetooth earpiece.
What I want is when I have the earpiece on, all sounds from the phone (music from WMP, ect) to be sent to the earpiece like when I plug the wired ear buds that came with it in. Any way to do this?

There isn't currently a way to do this. You can temporarily do it with the attached file, but that only keeps the sound routed to the bluetooth headset if there is music streaming or what have you.

I cannot get my MDAII to work with Jabra BT200.
I am using the Pocket BluetoothTools. Everything seems normal..the MDA bonds with the Jabra, but when I get an incoming call or switch to BT mode I hear nothing from the headset and all sound continues to come from the MDA's speaker.??

You've probably found the answer by now but I had the same problem today and its because there is a separate headset option to the bluetooth on/off/discoverable. If the headsets not on, then there's no link
Just bought Plantronics m3500 bluetooth headset and have had several calls that last at various lengths before headset icon disappears and call cuts out having to maually turn call to headset... this issue sound familiar to anyone? Just curious will return/exchange item if needed. thanks in advance!!

I use a Plantronics m3200 with my Qtek 2020 and I experience that my headset turns off by itself. Previously, I used the headset with my Sony-Ericsson T68i without any problems.
I have heard some rumours that the 1.66.00WWE ROM is a bit buggy concerning some headsets.
Hi, Got the Sony DR-BT30Q headphones that seem to be great to listen to music and answer/make calls from the phone. After pairing the headphones with the T-Mobile MDA Compact II, I only had the option to use them as handsfree, which actually works fine to make and receive calls, the headphones can actually make and cancel the calls and even search for voice tags. BUT cannot listen to music, that comes out from the phone speaker. I hear this is something to do with A2DP, any idea how to get around this? Your help is most appreciated. Thanks.

Well I have a Jabra 250v recently purchased off of ebay and I cannot tell if it is the phone or the headset, but It is nearly impossible to hear what the person on the line is saying. They can hear me fine, but to me it sounds like they are a robot with a cold.

The sound is terrible.
I think it is the headset, that is the problem.
In connection with an K800i the same problems appeared.
A few minutes ago I wrote an email to jabra...
if there is no solution I will buy another one.
Hi, I'm using a Dopod 838 pro with the Touch II rom and I was just wondering if anyone knows how I can get the ringtone to play through the phones speaker as well as the headset? At the moment when I have my headset connected it only rings through the headset, I am using a Blueant X5 headset and when the phone rings it doesn't play the ringtone it just beeps. I end up missing alot of calls if I am not wearing my headset. I have tried to google the issue but have not come up with anything useful.
