I have just ordered a AMEO and been told it has 64MB of ram is this correct until now i have thought it was 128MB?

does anyone know what is the optimal speed i need for my sd card??? im planning to buy one. i choosing between a transend 1gb 80x (around 89usd) and a brandless 1gb that is 10 usd cheaper. what will be the logical choice?
ps i live in the philippines and electronics here isnt as cheap as the americas

Well, it ranges from P30,000 to P40,000. Some very enterprising shops try to sell it at P42,000 to P45,000. I got mine abroad for 28,000

damn i already bought the transcend 1gb high speed card i benchmarked it and is disappointed like hell. 1.1 read and .1 write
my card costs 4200pesos(79usd) with 1 year warranty
got my jam from smart 22k with plan 1200

Actually i'm also thinking of buying a 4GB miniSD card, but it's using the new SD 2.0 standard. So i doubt our PDA supports it

depends on the brand I guess. I have heard of few people using the newer high speed 2GB miniSD cards on Atom with no problems.

AFAIK, you can't get anything other than Class 2 for 16GB at the minute anyway.

Its not a problem...
Your phone shows that you have 16GB but originally more than 4Gb is taken by your system and other apps that are in system..
Original usable space for you is only 10Gb
