[Q] Delete everything in the sd and install GB?

A question...
what i've to do to install gb (WB expecificly), but erasing everything in the sd, i mean i just want to have the folders and files from this rom only.
does Xrecovery delete everything and keep the essential or i've to delete something else ?
thanks
ps: sorry for my english...
you don't want to delete everything on the sdcard, you may want to delete the android folder, data folder and lost.dir folder though to eliminate chances of problems with some apps.

If I delete .android_secure I run with problems?

Hi, recently I try to change my Recovery and for some strange reason I lost "aparently" all my sdcard content because I can't mount from recovery and either from the phone using AndroZip, my question is: if I format the sdcard and lost .android_secure directory I'm able to access my phone without problems?
Cheers and thx in advance
yes you are fine. The .android_secure folder has to do with paid applications and it will be regenerated automatically.
If you move apps to sd, they go in there. You should move any apps that are on sd to internal memory before you delete it
I felt like I needed a signature.... here it is

[Q] Help! About memory space and app´s

Hello everyone
First at all want thanks the valious information in this forum. For a newbie like me is superb.
Now I´m needing here some tips please.
I have a IDEOS S7 tablet rooted (with SuperOneClick), working in full with the SuperUser, I have root access through with Root Explorer.
I use Link2SD to change the apps from the internal memory to the internal SD card.
I have no partitions on internal SD (do not know how to do).
The question: When i install an application this one goes to the /data/app folder, but also some additional files of this application goes to the /data/data folder.
With Link2sd when I move an app to the SD internal card, only the file in data/app moves and the files/folders in the data/data remain´s there!
For example when I install an application with 11MB (adobe flash for example) and move it with the link2sd to the internal SD card never copies all the 11MB (only about 3MB are copied )..... I conclude that any app that I install, and moved to SDcard, I can never keep in the same internal memory free "measurement" of bytes!
Example, I have 136MB free before installing Adobe. After installation I get 125MB. I move the app to the internal SD and are moved only 3MB! The remaining (8MB) stay in the internal memory. So, i never stay again with the 136MB that I had before, but +- 128MB.
What is wrong? Can I move all files of an application or not? What am I doing wrong or is this just like that!!? Any suggestion please?
By the way how can I create a partition on the InternalSD card and what is the advantage of doing this?
Thank you for your attention
regards
pedro
Can close/delete this topic please, solved and done.
Thanks
pedro

[Q] System Folder free space

Hi
I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, but I noticed that my system folder is taking up 2653 Mb, but when I go into the system folder I see that it has 2103mb of free space, is there anyway to regain that free space?
I'm running [KOT49H【4.4.2】01-23-2014 at the moment.
Thanks

Internal Memory are write protected

Hello,
I root my n6p and decrypt the user data. After I flash SinLess Rom and now are my system and internal sd card write protected. I can't do a titanium backup (say not enough space), chrome don't download and I can't delete files with file manager. Can anyone tell me please how I get write permissions?
