I need some help please.
I have a MDA Vario on T-Mobile. I think that it is locked
ipl & spl 2.21.0001
Gsm 02.19.11
OS 2.21.2.6
I have tried to unlock with lokiwiz 2 and it fails. I have also tried with lokiwiz3 and i do get unlock code but i still get the sim not recognised error wehn i put in a 3 sim. Do i need to do a rom downgrade? if so how?

You have G4 hardware, and yes, it is still locked. What you need to do is run HardSPL in order to flash it.

Ok I received my phone and the seller told me that it is not CID unlocked. It has the SPL 3.15.000 and IPL 3.15.001 can I use the method of pof?

To SIM Unlock you can use Lokiwiz03.
You can't CID unlock a device with a bootloader over 1.x but that isn't needed with the way we flash our ROMs.

There is no need to pay for any unlock. We have the SIM unlock here and CID unlock isn't needed.
