Showing battery% in homescreen?

I am using Roger v3 Rom
How can I show the battery status in home screen like the picture?

It's not really an accurate battery percentage as it only goes by 10% (10, 20, 30...)
This is part of a theme in the theme section of this forum. I can't remember which one, but just look at the screenshots in the different theme threads.

but "ariel battery monitor" has simple graphic ( i see this before )
look at upper pic in energy roms, battery icon is very nice and smooth

if im not mistaking that is in the energy leo rom. u have to flash your phone for that.

It looks like the early version of yr.no weather widget.. The flip clock was later removed, because the developer received a letter from HTC..
Maybe you can find an early version somewhere, but the version you are looking for is not in the market any longer.

Unknown icon after upgrading to KitKat

I upgraded to KitKat earlier today and now I see a new icon that I don't recognize. Can someone let me know what the icon to the left the alarm icon is in the notification bar?
