hello there
i got an qtek 1010 locked ..
that i wanted to flash using SD card ... i failed using xdatools as a message poped up saying that the nbf file size is larger than required (32mb)
. i tried down grading using :
'pnewbootloader bootloader_v5_15.nb0'
but the following message appeared
"Unable to find flash info offset, cannot disable bootloader writeprotect"
any help would be appreciated

First, thx for the work done on Lokiwiz. I just unsimlocked my Qtek 9100 with ease and very fast. I used Lokiwiz 3.0a and Microsoft ActiveSync 4.2 it gave me the SimLock Code and everything worked perfectly.
I tryed to do the same on my Qtek S200, same tools, same method. But, the DOS windows of Lokiwiz gave me that as SIMLock Code :

Why its not a regular SIMLock Code with numbers like for my Qtek 9100 ? What I did wrong or how can I transforme that Code into something I can actually enter on my Prophet Qtek ?

Of course it has been answered a hundred times. If you would have followed the original thread where you got the idea to use lokiwiz from, you would have found out, that when you get only zeros for lock status, it means that your phone is not locked. Also there are few more reasons for that. That, you would have to research and read it for your self just like everybody else.

I've had a search around but can't find any answer to this relating to an Artemis / Orbit.
I have just got hold of a second hand Orbit and when trying to check the CID lock via WST it comes up saying the CID is corrupt. Is there any way to fix this? I understand I should be able to write a new CID block? But I'm not sure whether these blocks are interchangable between devices (e.g can I use a key 82 block from a Wizard to write to an Artemis?)
Secondly - if I use USPL to bypass the CID - can I upgrade the ROM to 6.5 or will it through up an error because the CID is corrupt?

I'm not an expert in PDA devices or not even at Forums but I need help.
I read about unlocking S220 from SIM Operator anda i followed all sugested steps (copying the .bat files, connect with activesinc, run lokwiz 03) but at the end of running lokwiz, instead of getting a code, i got a message more or less like this: "SIMLock........your code is your simlock code"
does it mean that i should use my card operator code to unlock?
can anybody help me?

Trying to flash my HTC HD Mini (O2) to RUU_Photon_HTC_Europe_1.36.401.1_Radio_Signed_32.2 803.05.06_0.63.05.36_Ship.exe
(Currently got RUU_Photon_O2_UK_1.10.206.1_Radio_Signed_32.28.05. 05_0.63.05.18_Ship.exe installed)
But just keep getting error 'invalid vendor ID'
What to do????? can I change vendor ID ??
