hi all, i'm Davide from Italy.
I have to buy a new GSM PDA. I would like to have a suggestion if buy S100 or 2020.
What's are the differences ? I read the description without find big differences.
Does they works fine as GSM mobile phone ? I mean for reception, voice quality, contacts management. I'm coming from Nokia 6600 - 7610, don't love so much Symbian os.

1. Activesync4 didnt work
2. software didnt work
3. camera was crap
4. gprs connected on its own

I dont know about WM5 software, but I have the 2003 software on another PC.
I think the WM5 software is buss BES4.0 and the 2003 is partial 3.6 not 100%.
Is anyone else experiencing very slow video capture in ComVu and MS Portrait, and also that only one camera (the front facing) is recognized, and that the video conf. camera does not show under the options?
Anyone tried this again with the newer dopod rom updates to see if it is fixed?

Is the same with me (comvu) I asked them the reason for the slow camera and that only one cam (the back cam) was supported. They answered back that they are working on it , but untill now, HTC 3300 is officialy not supported. Something to do with the firmware ( the off. HTC firmware unbranded or branded)
About MS portrait , it's only beta version, but I think they ran into the same problem as Comvu.
All these programs are working fine on my QTEK 9000

and I did'nt try the dopod rom.Only a simlock free 3600 from HTC , no brand, no logo from a operator.

I have tried ms portrait with the new dopod rom and it only supports the back camera.

My Camera capturing is very slow too. When there is some better lightening its little bit faster, but it isn't so comfortable as i want.

hi guys i really need some help, i have just taken deliver of 3 new P6500 running WM6.1, for my work i must use a pice of software that communicates with the head office with GPRS, unfortunatly it only works on WM5, currently they have not strared to work on a version that works on WM6.
i need to install a WM5 rom on this PDA, is it possible ? if so how would i do it? i am very IT literate but dont know the ins and outs of the HTC ststem for roms
i would really appreciate any help given
