Help needed: Keeping directional key "locked" whil - HTC Typhoon

Hi everybody!
I got a typhoon (Movistar TSM 520) cause my i-mate Jam took months to be delivered by Expansys. When the JAM arrived, I passed mi 520 to my wife
She is about to quit talking to me... at least by phone...
I configured her phone to be locked by default, and selected "not to answer with any key". However, the directional (joystick) key, even if slighty pressed, picks up the call. What ends up is that many times, just touching the phone with the hand when the incoming call begans to vibrate, does pick up the call, thus preventing the phone from ringing, thinking there were no incoming call, (easy if you carry the phone on your belt) and leaving an open call on the other side, (it's usually me) until tired of hearing noise and the usual people chat, I hang-up.
It obviously happens not just with my calls, but is annoying my wife and everyone else, and is expensive too....
¿Is there a way for preventing this key from picking the calls?
Thanks.

Wired Headset Button

Hi Guys,
Just got my S110, which I love. Still trying to learn how different the phone functions are, compared to my C500, one thing I have noticed, and which I feel is a real pain is to do with the suppled headset and its intergration with mobile 2003.
It seems to be fine at answering calls - a quick tap, and that is it, but when it comes to ending a call, i have to hold the button for 3 seconds, and there is also no beep to notify that the call has ended. This is a bit annoying if you end the call with the handset in your pocket. There is nothing to let you know it has ended, apart from looking at the handset.
Does anyone know of a hack to shorten the length the button needs to be pressed to end a call.
Also is there any chance of voice tagging, like a normal phone. I have tried Voice commander, which I think is hit and miss.
Many Thanks

three "beep"s after call ending in Qtek s100

how can I get rid of 3 beeps, that hearing after call is done and red button is pressed? They are like beebs, that sounds when adjusting earpiece (during call). Beeps appeared after the hard reset.
I have had them for as long as I own my magician and my Vario, I have found no way to turn them off, so I am suffering from the same annoying sounds.
I hear them everytime the gsm signal is not available and so the call (i'm trying to do) is automatically closed.
If i close a call with the red phone button or touchscreen, instead, i don't hear them. Weird!
Bye
heh, it seems like normal thing in this way...
Ok, I'll try to ignore them! This is the simpliest way

Call delay here as well?

I'm looking to change my phone (currently a MDA PRO) because it's driving me nuts that when I press the green button to receive a call there is a 5 second delay before the other party can hear me.
Is this also the case with the Hermes, or does it connect a call straight away (just like a PHONE generally does, doesn't it!)?

Universal rejecting calls?

I've got a Universal with all the default ROMs and whatnot. I also use SPB PocketPlus and vBar.
Recently, since I got a bluetooth earpiece (Motorola HS820) - though not when the earpiece is turned on/connected - my phone has started rejecting calls when I try and answer.
I normally have my phone closed (screen not showing). Since some bug stopped me from being able to talk on it whilst it is closed, I have been opening it so the screen shows (and the keyboard doesn't) before I press answer. However, now this rejecting problem has arisen. I get a call, I open my phone so the screen shows and then press the answer button on the spine. This stops the ringing, but the incoming call popup stays as though I haven't answered, the person doesn't hear me and I don't hear them, then I get a missed call notification.
This does not happen 100% of the time. So far I have only noticed it when I've been receiving calls from my mother. However, she's pretty much the only person who rings me
Anyone got any ideas as to what is causing this/how I can fix it?
Update: I've done a hard reset and it seems the button still isn't answering the call. It isn't rejecting the call, it just isn't answering it.
This phone is proving to be more trouble than it's worth...

dial another user during a call

Hi,
No idea how I'm doing this, but quite often (1 call in 3 at least) i end up putting the current call on hold and dialing somone else.
IT's really really anoying, but as the phone is up agaist my ear at the time i have no idea how im doing it!
has anyone else been as stupid as me? and does anyone know how i can avoid this behavoir with out resorting to holding the phone a little away from my ear... (yep i look like a mupet on the phone at the moment...)
You can hit the power button on the side of the phone while in a call and it will turn off the screen and buttons without ending the call. Personally I just use a blue tooth headset.
Heh, yeah, screen OFF is always good. at least it hasn't gotten to this level= My Ex doesn't lock screen and calls me accidentally at least 2-3 times a month! Boy, I have heard some interresting conversations/goings-on in the background! ...Quoting Mr. Mencia...."Deh Deh Deh!"
