I have used different tools for uploading files to the FTP server, very fast, but not acurate. For saying, a file in 20MB, it says uploaded 20MB, when I check it, it may only uploaded 5MB. Any specific tools need for this server?

Just drag the files inside the ftp folder or copy/paste bro and do not close both folder(ftp and the origin of files until finish uploading)
anyone know where I can find these i.e. an ftp site with the necessary zip or rar files.
in the ftp site - uploads htcwizard folder, all the files have gone

No, the Wizard directory is empty.
The permissions were 777 (write anyone) and someone apparently went in there with an FTP client and did an "rm *".
Bad, bad, bad. Let's hope they have a backup and set the correct permissions next time!

but i know some have been moved to the Wizard folder instead of the upload\htc_wizard one
Redpizzi is right, go to the wizard folder (not in Upload) instead and you will still find a lot of things. Dunno which weirdo would del hard work but it might be stuff just got moved on purpose?
it probably just got moved on purpose, yeah... I mean, all the roms/etc. are just in the main Wizard dir. 'Upload' dirs are for user-uploads are meant to be only temporary until an admin can decide what to do with the upload in question.
You can find them by going to the main ftp site, in the wizard directory. They were just removed from the upload ftp.

You can hunt through the ftp, but I don't see it. ftp://ftp.xda-developers.com/Hermes/ there isn't anything in the dumped rom folder
For the life of me, I cannot find files that I drop onto my HD2 with the file explorer...this means I cannot get ANYTHING else working on my phone!
What I see on my PC is very different from what I see on the HD2's file explorer. What can I do to fix this, or atleast where can I drop files that I CAN find them on the HD2?

When you copy the files using the file explorer or whatever you are using are you making folder then placing the files into appropriate folders or are you just throwing them in there randomly. I had a similar problem to this but once I created a folder it seem to work.. hope this helps
