I finally have it and im wondering if it updates the radio stack too I dont want that has anyone already used this exe any feedback would be appreciated
If you just cook a 4.00.16 based ROM in the kitchen, all should be well.
tmo2003.exe made performance bad!
Very bad reception, system is not stable!
I think it is just a test version!
I flashed back to 3.17 and old radio stack after couple days using Tmo2003.exe (4.10 rom + RUU 6.24)
Can someone tell me how to upgrade only radio stack? I upgraded my ROM to PDAVIET ROM WM6.1 OS 5.2.19400 Build 19400 by NHOCBANME but I cannot use my phone. If I use earlier version everything works fine.

have 'kinda' same problem
I am also looking for Radio Rom only, fortunately my 6.5 rom is smooth so far but I can only get a little..very little signal..(like 1/2bar??) I sometimes didn't get sms messages from my friends!!!
I flash my HTC Diamond with other radio rom and somehow I get 2 bars of signal..

i want to go back to an older Radio, i´ve upgradet original ger HTC Win 6.1 Rom. But it isn´t nice. now i want to go back to bepe´s 0.67 Rom but i need Radio 1.58.21.23 but when i downgrade my Radio i lost my gsm connection everytime. And with Radio 1.59.42.15 and bepe 0.67 i can´t use my camera.
But i want to use bepe´s Rom because it´s the best for me. And the 3d Rom´s need so much Rom that i can´t use my Navi and the Bluetooth in my car the same time. Fu.... what can i do? Please help me.

Never mind - Tried PhamQuang and it worked!!
OK, initial response.
Camera works fine.
Voice and data fine too. Hard for me to talk about signal strength etc. as I work in the city and always get good signal here.
As for battery usage, well we're going to have to wait and see.
Also to note, the download only contains radio nbh file, ie no RUU.

So, tested 1.59.44.02 yet and its very great for me.
Compared to 1.59.42.15 IGO8 found satellites within 20 seconds - 1.59.42.15 needs about 5 minutes.
Cell-Phone is also working very fine.

put RUU and .nbh file in one folder and run Polaris_CustomRUU.exe

With radios 1.59.42.15 and also 1.59.42.23 I had a lot of problems with loosing GPS signal in navigation programs. Specially with IGO.
But I think that with this radio all problems with GPS are solved.
And one strange thing. The size of file of this radio is exactly same like 1.59.42.23
And yes everything works OK in Europe.
it is great work in my o2 xda orbit2 in o2 Germany. now test standby time.

I am using udK´s Syrius R4, great Rom, and I want to keep it. So far the only radio Rom I could operate with R4 without major problems was ...42.23. Anyone tried this radio Rom with R4 yet?

It has to be placed at PC folder but still I am not sure if it will work. During installation appeared a question if I have to update Rom current version.
I expected that will be updated only radio. If Rom what about installed software- will remaining or will be deleted?

Just radio Rom will be updated. You will NOT lose anything on your phone.

I'm using this new radio with Touch Navia 1.4 Pro and it is working well. I noticed that the camera image is a lot more stabilizd with this radio. I was using the 23 radio before this.
Since I unlock my Polaris and I was put in them a new radio, I had problems with ActiveSync and Outlook, after a hard reset. ActiveSync don*t create a folder with my device name, first. Second, PC Outlook don*t function, and third, my Polaris agenda give me some errors. Sometimes ActiveSync don*t connect with my phone.

I have original ROM WM6.1
I think with official ROM u can only use Radio ver. 1.58 or 1.64...
I use radio rom 1.59.46.12 with official 6.1 rom 3.19.831.3 WWE and both run very smoothly. Improved active sync. connectivity, HTC weather updates quicker etc, etc.....can recommend you both rom's.
My ROM version is 3.13.405.0 WWE. Where I find an improved version, please?

With 3.13.405.0 WWE ROM & 1.59.46.12 Radio I hear a buzzy sound when I talk with my Polaris. In time, this buzzy which accompany the words increase. I changed the radio version with 1.59.44.02, but problems are the same. The speaker is ok, because when I minimize the volume the buzzy sounds are there. Any ideas, please?
