Reason for selling is I just do not think this is for me, Suit more of a professional business person or someone who just wants to show off.
The phone is not on Contract and reciept of purchase which is needed for the 2 years warranty will be included.

Dude, do let us know, if your sim worked out fine in the Exec. I.e it's totally unlocked. It seems some people are having an issue with locked Execs. Almost appears randon.

My local store said that I could buy it on the £8/month data only 12 month tariff (5mb) but they wouldn't be able to discount the £229.99 price. That makes one cheap Exec.
If you've got a phone on contract and the minimum contract period hasn't expired yet then I'd have thought the terms of your contract would make it illegal to sell the handset. I guess it depends whether you can get away with it
as long as i keep contract running , i don't think network provider are really bothered what handset i use !!

no, the handset has been purchased outright so you can do with it as you wish, but the contract exists for the service. The SIM is always owned by the network though (and loaned to the customer).

Getting the Exec direct from O2's own on line store seems to be the cheapest way, I am on 1000 Xnet mins, anytime + 150 texts every month for only £35 per month !!! the phone only cost £140. the 1000 mins a month +150 texts deal is not a special offer either, it is for the entire life of the contract !!!!
PS mine came unlocked but this was when they first came out !!!
but if you want bundled data I would look to t-mobile 'web and w*nk' tariffs

Doubt anyone would let theirs go for £200 when they are going for upto £400 on ebay. I reckon a bad auction wouldnt get you any less than £300. Maybe ebay would be your best bet, its worth a try.

It doesn't charge as the connector on the bottom is broken due to attempted amateur repair, that's why it's being sold as "Spares Only"
I can ship it anywhere if your prepared to pay the postage.
