Operator Name display

My Qtek s200 phone shows
Is there a registry setting which can be modified to allow the phone to display:
1) Operator name as read from the phone (I guess it uses a lookup table and matches the name against a code sent from the cellsite)
instead of
2) Operator name stored in sim card.
I am in Canada and using a FIDO sim. My phone however displays ROGERS (Currently the Fido parent company) and also the Roaming icon.
My spouses Treo 650 also using a FIDO sim displays FIDO instead of ROGERS and also Roaming.
So my phone indicates the network name as well as the fact that my SIM is roaming on that network.
My spouses phone indicates her SIM card provider and the fact that her phone is now Roaming.
In summary I would like to know if a registry setting exists to enable either of these behaviours.

problem with nokia lumia 610

hi,i was bought a mobile phone (nokia lumia 610) from tesco (from e-bay) ago a month, but the mobile not work in Greece , it is locked at network and i can not use it,
i read in tesco site ...
...
"How do I unlock my Tesco Mobile phone to use on another network?
Using another network’s SIM in a Tesco Mobile phoneYou’ll need to unlock your Tesco Mobile phone before you can use a SIM from another network in it.Please call us to request an unlatching code. You put this code into your phone to unlock it from the Tesco Mobile network. An unlatching code is different from your PIN code, and you can only get one by calling our Technical Support line on 0845 300 6660.If you activated your phone more than 12 months ago, it’s free to unlock your phone. If you activated your phone less than 12 months ago, it’ll cost £20..............
but because i dont live UK i can not call and i have not tesco mobile number....There are ways to solve the problem ?
,Can you unlock ? thanks a lot.

I want to unlock this phone from sprint so I can use it on gsm service like cricket wireless
And I found online that I can dial ##3282# to get to data programming and than click on edit to enter this code...which I can do ..
but don't know how to reprogram it ie. enter new correct data in order to use it on domestic gsm sim based provider.
Currently all data for example mmsc or proxy points to sprint which I know should be changed but dont know what to be changed...

SM-G930F(D) cannot register on network

After service, moving motherboard from SM-G930FD into an SM-G930F, the sim cannot register on network.
Network discovery works and shows multiple operators, but manually registering also doesn't work.
Stuck in emergency calls only.
I see that IMEI numbers have been changed, they aren't the same as from the original SM-G930FD sticker. Also the S/N has been changed.
Calling *#0011# shows `IMEI status: OK` for both sims.
What more can I check?
Is it because the IMEI is linked to the motherboard? Can I change them to match the original phone?
