Only in the dumped Radio ROM (not the OS ROM), and you can only get the dump when you have a serial cable... So no...

Is it possible to update the Radio using a .cab file? i can't connect my phone to a PC (i broke the USB board in the phone)

What carrier is your phone on? Does your phone attempt to allow a rom to flash?

Somebody can explain how can I remove this plugin serial port was used sentence from above? Seller suggested to update and sent me the file. I did it but its still there... Its really annoying pls help!
