I would like to know if any of the 3plus smartwatch devices are flashable as in can a new rom be installed on it? I did some Googling and found nothing related to the modification of any 3plus related devices. I would like to get a modified version of the rom to make use of the hardware in the watch. Much of the potential for this is kinda wasted with the sleep tracker a bit buggy and brightness only can go to a certain point down. I'm sure there are other modifications that can be made not mentioned here, but does anybody know where I could start?
I am having the same problem if somone could point me in the right direction I'm new to this have done hours of research and am hoping somone could maybe have better luck finding a solution or atleast some Info to start me on my way

I know I'm limited in most applications of this... actually, in probably 3/4 of things I use, unless someone knows how to get this working in Opera/Opera Mini or PIE...
Anyway - I tried editing the "Auto Complete" file based on an article, but it wasn't possible to do on the WM that's on the Titan...
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this for at least MOST applications? And if anyone has any tips on how to get autocorrect/complete working in things like Forum Forms, for Opera/etc - I'd very much appreciate that (I've searched and maybe I just suck - because I can't find ANYTHING)

I've been playing aroudn for a while flashing various roms, and having a lot of fun with it, but I've got to the point where I want to try and fix some things. Mainly the various force closes, etc I get on some of the bleeding edge roms (like the Hero2.1 for sapphire).
Anyhow, I was wondering how to start on this? It's easy enough getting the stack trace, but a lot of the time the problems are with closed-source apps (e.g. I'd love to tackle fixing "People" on the above rom), so it's not as though you can just find the right spot in the source and fix it.
I guess most of the time it's due to missing, or wrong versions of other libs?
I dunno.
Anyway, if anyone out there would like to get me started with just a few basic pointers, I'm happy to then clear off and do my own thing.
And...if there is already a howto or Wiki page about this, let me know, but I couldn't find one anywhere.

i'm at the same point. i'd really like to start learning more.
I'm looking for an app to turn the phone ringer on and off at specified times, something similar to TProfiler (which doesn't work on the Artemis). If it could also control wifi/bluetooth that'd be very useful too. But I don't know what to search for! I've tried 'phone profile', 'scheduler', 'radio manager', could somebody point me in the right direction, please?
whoops, hadn't read you thread beyond the first few words and recommended tprofiler. searched in the ppc freeware site the link is to under profile manager, found g-profile, which looks great for you. http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-g-profile.html in the comments tho some are saying that the new one's not freeware, so be sure to download the older version from somewhere

Thank you, Reg66, for responding. I've downloaded G-Profile and am currently trying it out (14-day trial). It does what I wanted, pity about the cool black interface when I'm running bog-standard WM6 for everything else! I've tried custom black ROMs in the past but kept running out of storage space when using them. Plus, I don't want to brick my phone by being this week's Miss Unlucky. So, could anybody recommend a nice black interface that matches G-Profile, and also has a fairly small memory footprint, pretty please?
hello people of XDA, like reading then you may realize that I am totally newbie at this I am ready to learn and research more about what modifications and improvements I can do to my phone (GS4 - GT-i9500).
well let me know if there are any programs you see everything that is installed on the device, so I can show you and to ask that I should uninstall so you can optimize to the maximum that you can get.
I want to remove the programs and games are coming from the seller (CLARO-PERU) do not use them and every time I see the processes, are active consuming RAM.
well also let me know about a problem that pops up every time I restart my phone, a message saying "unfortunately, TouchWiz home has stopped" it appeared to me days after an OS update, I found a tutorial that told me that things change but I could solve anything because the phone is not unlocked because on the Internet there are a lot of tutorials and none of them resolved my doubts.
and in the future I would like to modify and design if possible the telephone interface as there are things I would like to change as a graphic designer I am.

You might get a better response if you post in the right forum. This is the forum for the Galaxy S4 Active (i537, i9525), the forum you are looking for is for the Galaxy S4 (i9500, i9505, i9505G). Try searching and posting in that forum and you might have better luck.
does anyone know of where i can find how to create roms and apps and things like that and if possible how phones are made and the way they operate and stuff i know theres threads out there about it but id like a dumbys guide or a beginners one and im a bit lost on where to even start cuz theres so much lol
