I have xperia arc LT15i device.
Installed ics (nordic) 562 offical firmware.
I am download http://www.playstation.com/pss/store/en.html
PlayStation®pocket （Version1.1.2.0.0, 1.07MB） and
PlayStation®Store　（Version1.2.0, 2.91MB）
ps pocket and ps store not install.

I think if you'r not in this country you can't install it

xperia s model installed and worked. (country is turkey )

i have been playing with this as well
2 things i have found
on my x10 with stock rom unrooted it didnt install cos it was not an approved device (i beleave cos you have ics its not seen as an "arc")
on my arc (dead screen stock rom) and my xperia pro (stock rom) it installed fine but i cant open the store. i get an error (id tell you the error code but its not currently installed)
i guess this error is cos of the country limitation
i live in Australia

I have just updated my arc s via Sony PC Companion. This gets better 3G signal in SEA than the Generic Greece ROM

Small note: this version is the most generic of them all. I updated mine using EMMA today , and it moved me from Vodafone Australia right to this one.

I got a 1270-7280 Z on loan from a Sony device loaner program, AFAIK just available in Canada & US. It goes through some intermediate company though.
So seems a good bet to be pretty generic.

Most likely. I'd exclude the baseband though. Might as well just flash this one though. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2452166

I can confirm that this works on Sony Xperia Z (C6606). I flashed from the latest T-Mobile 4.1.X (i forgot) to Greece 4.2.2. Still maintains 100% functionality. 4G LTE is still available. This would be the recommended FTF for all those T-Mobile Xperia Zs with locked bootloaders. In FlashTool though, I checked exclude Baseband.
This firmware does come with a lot of bloatware though, including Mcafee, wisepilot, neoreader, and several others.
This was done with flashtool-0.9.13.0-windows.exe
When phone booted up it actually gave me a selection of either USA or Tmobile and I chose tmobile and it downloaded the settings for SMS/MMS. everything is working flawlessly, thank you for the post.

Hi,
It's only official stock rom from Sony 10.4.1.B.0.101. I had to flash a XZ 6603 with official update from Sony with official Sony tool (Sony PC companion) and got with this update all needed files from Sony. So it's the official stock version that I got from Sony with all included tools.
But it's a generic (unbranded) version without any additional bloatware from any Swiss provider like Swisscom, Orange, etc.
It's only stock generic from Sony, not rooted, nothing modified.
