the version is I9000ZSJH1. Some user said when they send their phone to Samsung Maintenance Department, they send the phone back with this rom, so it seems the latest one.
i have not test it yet.
update: it is a 2.1 rom, improved battery performance and speed
update2:flashed, and rooted. free RAM:166MB on first boot. no special Apps found
update3:Quadrant:895, not good.
update4:Quadrant:2186 after lagfix2.0, about 100 less than JG8, so JG8 seems to be the best rom so far.

Obviously.... it would be quite humorous if they sent the guy froyo before Septembers official release.

I actually asked for your productcode, previous and current.
Because Country code is the main discriminating factor which makes Kies working or answering "This device's version cannot be updated".
What's yours ? (I guess it has been kept, if you didn't use any tweak in kies...)

Samsungs policy on not informing users of what an update includes is "We want the user to be 'fascinated' with when they upgrade, all of a sudden there is something new.... The user finds all sort of new things and makes the upgrade process like a child with a new toy"...

What version did you come from?
I'm on KE2 an I do not have this "pink spot" problem ... can't wait to get it LOL

Because the firmware thread was moved from General to dev forum to avoid the crazy mess that was seen in the Galaxy S forum. Dev forum is not for custom ROMS only. Nothing stupid about it.
Dev forum should focus in Development
it's not the place for Samsung stock roms

Are you sure that this is the European stock, I don't think so , l think that this is a middle east & African stock because when I go to clock app , it shows some Arabian & African cities like Dubai, Cairo , Cape Town , Johannesburg ...etc and many languages are deleted but the European ( or international ) stock has Paris , London , Barcelona ...etc and has many languages pack .
So if you did understand me where is the hell is this stock backup , I think you're European and know how to get one

There is no Dutch version. This phone is never released by HTC in Holland.
The 1.56.401.1 is the main EU release

According to my information the single sim did release in the Netherlands. Cid is HTC__E11.

It is working fine. However i think you didn't wipe all you need to wipe cause it doesn't show up the configuration part and the default language is polish.
