Firmware Update T-Mobile Tab - Galaxy Tab General

Has there been a firmware update yet for the Tmobile Galaxy Tab. I am unable to connect my tab to Keis so i want to make sure I am not missing out....

After restart install 19 percent
Then when starts gives this error

i am trying to update to the UK firmware which is out today on i9505 uk model , unbranded.
But the start upgrade button never appears i have followed all the instructions

Nothing announced other than it is coming. It downloads to /cache.

[Q] Firmware update

I have this verizon galaxy S3 SGH-i535 that I have rooted and unlocked. Currently on T-Mobile USA. Everything is fine
except I can't add APN using APN manager due to my old firmware 4.0.4 My question is: If I update the firmware
will the phone lose root?

Install the same update twice?

I use package disabler and wanted to see if there were any new updates so I enabled the update packages and checked for updates. It found an update but I believe this is the update that was release a month or two ago for all the new S7 edge devices, which would mean it's asking me to install the update twice. What's going on?
