hi, I realy need a stock WM 6.5 ROM for elfin GSM. I have searched for a official WM 6.5 ROM. So, I have seen that there is a lot of wm 6.5 ROMs for Elfin GSM model. How do they cook the WM 6.5 ROM? Do they have a official ROM to edit? or how do they do it? I would like to make my own 3.5 ROM for elfin, I have tried osKitchen, but the osKitchen can't rebuild custom ROM.. So, how do they do it? Stock ROM or any other way? I realy need help.

is it possible to switch my WM 6.5 to WM 6.5.x in my Leo without changing my currently ROM ? I know that easier is to install ROM with WM 6.5.x but my ROM is customized. Overmore, all ROMs are in English here and I'd prefer Polish

Yes it is, cause the core is different...
but you can go to the HTC Universal forum and download a 6.5 or 6.1 kitchen by any chef and get the OEM and ROM folders you will need the native 6.5 kernel too read the tutorials here to set or port a new device into OSkitchen or EVK

You don't need a WM6.5 kernel/xip to cook a WM6.5 ROM. Just use the OEMXIPKernel from WM6.1 ROM together with WM6.5 XIP packages.
However you won't be able to use more SLOTs.

There's no original 6.5 roms, only 6.1. The 6.5 that are cooked were ported from another device.
