i just noticed that the alt key on my hardware keyboard doesnt work anymore.even tho if i press it for a few seconds,it still registers letters.anyone know a fix for this?my device is a us touch dual - neon300 - running seths v3 neon rom with ezinput installed.thanx - ps.i already posted a report in the ezinput thread also.

Strange thing happens since yesterday on my Touch Dual, I cannot change the on-screen keyboard type anymore I have the icone in the middle of the bottom bar to access the switch menu, but when I choose Touch Keyboard or Touch Keypad, a Full AZERTY keyboard pops up, and it's impossible to get anything else !
is there a menu/registry hack for this ?
(Note : I'm using Tom's ROM, but it was working perfectly before)

I am using the PDACorner Rom (newest), When i press the blue dot aka the fn key and the sys tab button, usually the symbols pop up but now nothing does. i tried downloading the cab files for cingular keyboard fixes but thats only fixed my other key problems of hitting @ and getting the ! solved.. but i need my symbols as well. i tried mapping with htcustoms and made it cingular keys but no luck.

download advance configuration(use search) and set to cingular/8525 in keyboard settings.
but see i have the 3.1 version and cant find anything about keyboard settings but the key mapping which is not what is related to my problem

My hermes alt key mapping was changed when i flashed it with s64 2d manilla rom. Now instead of alt F for the question mark i have to do alt E. and vice versa for @ and for some other marks. Is there any way i could change this???? I have used Schaps advanced config tool v3 but that didnt work. i also tried changing the key registry. Please help. Thanx
Mine is also stuffed up. ALT Q gives ~ instead of ! all the alt keys have shifted to the right one key. Anyone else with the same problem?

When i write a text and use the sym button it adds a e with two dots above it before the symbal that i have chosen.
is this a prob or am i doing something wrong to make this happen?

Not seen that here ...and just tested of course -within an SMS, using the sym key and then selecting the character I want on-screen ...that character is added perfectly
Ive got a problem atm where when i try to use the blue key to get number and symbols it doesnt work so im having to use the on-screen keyboard which is a pain.
Installed the htc touch 2 keyboard and it wont let me uninstall
guess the only thing to do is another hard reset

using jacks 2.9 rom with no extra sip's installed
I have Pdaimate running and a native sd android
Call button invokes the dialler on Android but cannot get this to work on pdaimate
Tried Leo advanced ( was already mapped to dialer)

this not strange behavior.... WP on original devices dont have green button
