This is ridiculously small. It's fantastic, I'm sold on getting one.
Your question was answered on the website at the bottom.

The factory says yes but we don't have such card here to test for it. If you're intending to use it for 4GB tf only, then I suggest you to wait for our in-house test confirmation first.

Just curious, does it matter at all that it doesn't say SDHC compatible? Will it slow down data transfers? I saw one similiar on mobileplanet, but didn't order because of that.
I got this one instead: http://sandisk.com/Products/Catalog(1385)-SanDisk_MobileMate_Micro_Readers.aspx
It has the same type of keychain, and is very small as well. But, it says microSD, microSDHC, and M2 compatible.
I've got a smaller one, £5 off ebay. Be careful though, they can bend and could cause damage to your MicroSD.

now this is the smalest one, mine is by adata, its also the fastest.
it's a shame you need to buy the adata one with a 1GB or 2GB.

Yeah, I think it's the same hardware. It's extremely useful for sucking off data from pcs that you shouldn't be touching, as the device can be barely seen protruding from a USB port.

Vijay,
But it does not say that it supports MicroSDHC, especially 6 GB and 8 GB.
However, it is really the smallest!

thanks, I can get the adata one's in hong kong, but it's useless for me to buy the adata version with 1 GB or 2GB, i have no use for the memory card, to be honest , all my 1GB and 2GB microsd that I have , has all been given away, my smallest ones are 4GB now.
Vijay say's he got it from ebay for 5 USD, that's why i asked.
@gogol
it does not have to actually stated it for it to support it, search the forum for my test on micro sd, then you will get your anwser.

I would've got this but.... no microSD slot. At least it's not explicitly mentioned on any product sheets I've seen htc.com, devicewire, expansys... They all just 4GB internal

Hmm. Hope little 900mA/h battery be enough for all these nice features.

If htc's claim is true, its stand-by time doesn't look bad. At least it's not worse than Elf's.
Chip Swap
I noticed that his has the newer msm7201a chip in it. It is supposedly pin compatible with a tilt's msm7200. Can this be swapped into a tilt and utilize its enhanced speed (528 vs 400 mhz)?

They layout and shape of the phone are strikingly like the LG KU990, at least, that's what I think

That could very well be the sim card slot. However... I can't image HTC releasing a phone to compete in todays market without having a micro sd slot.. It COULD have a hidden slot like it does on the touch.
Can someone tell me the max supported size of micro-SD memory card by T-mobile Wing?
I am using the 2 GB kingston and am looking for next higher capacity.
Thanks.
i have a 4gig, but i have read that some people have 8 running. i think i came across 16g being the max, but im not sure.
Thanks!

Hello, I just recieved my 16 gig memory card and was very happy to see it compatible with my phone. So I can't comment on the 32 gig but feel free to enjoy the 16 gig.
When I got my wing, the Tmobile rep said not to use anything higher than a 4gb card. He was quite dramatic when he leaned over the counter and said it.
Sandisk 4 GB SDHC here. No problems.
I have an 8gig sdhc...works great!!!

He's an idiot.
I'm using 16 gig
16 gig Kingston with no changes in access time. looking forward to getting a 32 gig.
The Wing supports SDHC Cards (All SDHC Cards use the same Technology to store information)
Any Card 4GB+ is considered SDHC
Therefore, any card that is SDHC, would be supported, as long as the technology doesn't change as the sizes get bigger and bigger.
And BTW, if anyone spends the $$ on a 32GB, maybe they should be donating to our Cooks instead... haha
i use a 16gig microcenter memory card.

AND... like many sales reps, they are totally full of crap... I use an 8g MicroSD card, and it works fine, perfectly.
And, for those who don't want to pay SanDisk's unnecessarily high prices, use the "new player in the market", TRANSCEND microSD cards:

anyway, the 4 gig one is so inexpensive I have bought an extra one just for the convenience of the USB Reader ! (no, I am not a sales rep; I just like spreading the good word about must-have products that are competitive to the Market Leader, SanDisk.
this rep seemed like he didn't know any better. i was new to smartphones and he didn't seem to have any real knowledge of them either. hell... he was trying to get me to by a razr lol.
Anyone knows if HD2 will ship with a microSD card?
And if yes, what size?
...it should come with a 2Gb... (rumours here in Italy)
My HD1 came with 8Gb (in UK) so I doubt that HD2 will be any smaller, as its an upgrade rather than downgrade to HD1

whoops double :$
Many German shops states in the scope of delivery that it comes with a 8GB microSDHC card
Seeing the box of the retail HD2, we will not have
- micro sd card
- screen protector
- pouch protector
Just spoke to T-mobile (in the UK), and they said no sd card or pouch.
The only places I've seen "in the box" lists have all specified 2GB cards, not 8 like the HD.
Personally, I bought an 8GB card when I ordered my HD because I didn't know it came with one, so I've got a spare one for when I sell my HD.
Check the usual UK hardware suppliers, like devicewire etc. and you'll see some of them say nothing, while others say 2GB. I've never seen anyone specify anything other than a 2GB card.
if it doesn't come with a pouch it's a bit of a ***** as the case from expansys isn't available until december..plenty of time for the screen to get scratched!!
I haven't seen other cases available as yet either
I dont believe it dosen't come with a MicroSD card and pouch, because for what I know almoust every HTC phone I know brings this in the box, at least the unlocked version.
And since this is a high end phone...

All the unboxing videos in Youtube are from test versions and not the final box product.
They don't n have a manual in the box.

Are you sure? I have my doubts, the solopalmari unboxing yeah, probably test version, but the review from clove yesterday, make me doubt a lot of that.
acording to B3ler3fonte there are some test units around the world since august , just like solopalmari's. he has mentioned that he can do the same for us
In malaysia it comes with 8GB card with pouch no screen protector.
I got mine through Expansys HK, came factory sealed with 2gb microSD and HTC pouch, no screen protector (so I made my own)
I bought a HD2 from California. It came with a 2GB micro-SD which contains UK/Ireland map for Copilot8. The rom contains Copilot8 trial, which is useless as I use Tomtom, and, as I understood, I cannot uninstall it...I don't want trial software on my phone!!
Ok, since i tell that money is not a problem.
I want to know what is the biggest and fastest Micro SD card available for the HTC Touch Pro.
Anyone can tell if have tried the 32 Gb SDHC Class 10??? or higher (if exists 64gb)...
Thanks in advance...
class 6 16GB is the fastest/biggest you can get.
Kingston has a 16GB, class 10 micro sd card. Is there any limit in class that the phone can handle?

LMAO i couldnt stop laughing when i read this.
SD CARD LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!
rofl i lol'd too. im sure it was an oversight or something. anyway im still curious if the device can even use the whole transfer rate offered by a class six. Can anyone confirm that this phone can utilize a class 6 to its full potential?
*so i read up that wiki. according to that then there is no point in getting anything over a class two since the top speed it hits with a class 6 is .5 MB/s and the class 2 bandwidth limit is 2Mb/s*
sooooo any thoughts on this?
sandisk does have a 32gb microsd.... but it's class 2 and $200
http://sandisk.com/products/mobile-memory-products/sandisk-microsdhc
not in stock now though.... it was a bit back....
neato, but if it was in stock wouldn't it have the same performance on our phone as a class 6? From what i wrote earlier, i believe our speed is capped by a hardware limitation so 4+ class speeds wont help?.
id really like an expert to confirm this.
I would also like an experts advice on this matter... I am stuck with a 2g micro card and am looking to buy the biggest one I can stick in my phone.

Depends on how soon you want it. Also, I presume you are using a similar device to the TP... I was in a BestBuy recently and they had an 8gb microsd in-stock! The only place I was able to get a 16gb microsd(class 2), was online unfortunately. Of course, I did see a few 32GB usb sticks for under $100 and grabbed one up, several months ago...
Also, as physical proof that a 16gb card will work/be recognized:

Does the class count?! This week i would like to buy a 16GB class 10 card?! will it work? i'm not interested in the speed. im just interested in it to work in the phone 4 downloading movies over the internet & such...
save money, get a slower class. 16 gb works.
Let's bring this thread up to date now in 2016 I can confirm 128gb and 200gb micro sd cards work in my T7272.
Ok so im going to get my brand new htc hd2 tomarrow and i was just wondering whats the most perfessional way to set up my phone to run as smooth as possible with no crashes ! Im just tired of my old htc hd2s problems so i want a fresh start! I need help with things like the radio and spl and rom . Stuff like that !
Everything you need to know is in the thread below (which is a sticky at the top of this forum section, btw). Make sure you read the guide linked to at the top of the first post:

I run Shehrams Rom 1.00 WWE. It's the 2.13 ROM with the 2.10 touch drivers so it's not laggy. Runs smooth and awesome... Might want to bight the bullet and get you a good micro SD card too because a lot of the lagginess with the HD2 is that class 2 card that comes with the phone. I got a class 4 and it works great, but only because I went to a bunch of stores and couldn't find a 16 class 6. Get you a 16 class 6 or higher.

I would love to test drive one just to see how big of a difference it makes. I could never jump in on 138 bucks for it without knowing for sure.

$138 was msrp when that article was posted. It's $95 at Newegg right now with free shipping, and cheaper on Amazon, but with mixed reviews. I'll stick with the $60 class 6 that I have.

The write speed. As the classes get higher the computer can write data on the cards faster (faster file transfers). No more waiting forever to copy a movie or music onto the card.
