not necessarily to be used or updated. it can be that update for your product code is not released yet.

I have note 3 was locked at&t us network now it is factory unlocked when I go software update on my phone I receive no update saying software is updated and I heard at&t has releases kitkat for note 3 N900A why I can't get update on this phone ?I got it in us now I'm in uk .
How to update it to official kitkat I also tried it with kies but no updates .
Plz help me with .

It's my first time to be here, but actually i have installed N900XXUEBOA6 New Note 3 N900 Russian Rom which released 1 week ago on my N900 but im not from Russia, now my mobile is not bad but the only problem is the overheating.. my mobile overheated is this problem came from the rom which not related to my country ?? should i remove it and back to my old 4.4.2 and wait for my official country Rom ??? .. please fast answer

I have just bought a LG Stylo 2 , and as I have searched the internet there are a few versions of the LS775 model . How do I know which one is mine , Boost , Sprint , Virgin one . My current software version is Ls775SV5 , I got an update , downloaded but it gave an error while installing . One more thing , there is no SOFTWARE UPDATE option in mine .it also gave me an error of invalid battery twice and shuts down . I don't know if it is a refurbished one or what ? any help would be great because I have been given 24 hours checking warranty by the retailer .

Sad to see no one could be bothered to answer you in time. I hope you returned the thing because I believe you got a "kimchi copy" phone there. There is no official software version of LS775SV5. S could refer to Sprint but they don't list them that way. I suppose it could also signify Stylo but no one is doing it that way either. V5 is the version number but it's odd to see it lumped on at the end like that. On the bottom of the Software Info page, did it list the Software status as official? Or did you come by the model number by looking inside the case? Seems very fishy either way. Regardless, it certainly shouldn't give oddball battery errors like that. Almost certainly refurbished.

Hello , i found a brand new ( slightly used ) G975U1 S10+ and would like to know whether i'm gonna have any issues with using it in the EU (since it's the US SD version , though it's unlocked).

I've been using a US SM-G973U1 model in the UK since March with no issues.
