Fire TV Stick 4K Bluetooth Headphone Issue - Fire TV General

Hi everyone,
I have 4k stick (latest firmware) and TWS earphones Redmi buds 3 (global edition, bluetooth v5.2). Sound playback is in breaks periodically. Signal level is high. When using TWS with a smartphone, there are no such problems. Also no problems with another bluetooth headphones (v4.2) and tv stick. So the problem only between these TWS and the stick. Is it possible to enable bluetooth debugging in the stick like “Enable Bluetooth HCI snoop log”? Or maybe there is another way to find the cause of the problem? Thanks in advance.

Bluetooth Headphones?

Hello!
Real quick question and haven't seen anything recent about it. Do Bluetooth headphones work with the nexus player yet?
Thanks for any info. About to set up an audio/video situation and this would be perfect for me!
Just paired my Jaybird X2's with it and they work.
They work after the Marshmallow OTA.
I have tried BT heaphones with Nexus Player and it doesn't work as well as the Fire TV. I get a lot of stuttering with the Nexus Player. Not sure if it's casue if the BT is better in Fire TV.
I have some that work and some that don't. Right now I have a Bluetooth receiver that I can connect to my wired headphones so I can watch movies at night without bothering the family.
is it possible to do it with a app that is running on the phone. For example ios or android phone. because these devices have the bluetooth feature

Wireless USB headphones only getting single channel audio after 3.0 update?

I have been using a pair of Sony Gold wireless USB headphones on my shield for viewing at night when my family is asleep. Was working great until after the update. When I tried them last night I am only getting audio from the left side. I tried changing the USB audio settings in the menu from 5.1 to stereo to HQ stereo and back, nothing works. This is happening in all apps and in the menu. Tested them w/ my PC and PS4 and work fine there. Any ideas?
i generaly use soundabout when i use usb stuff for sound but it is a new android version so i dont know here sorry.
For me it's the other way around, I was using turtle beach USB DAC for toslink connection to my amplifier, and was only getting stereo sound. Now digital sound, DTS, AC3 is working in kodi and other apps. I have it set to 5.1, and volume control is off. Don't think this helps you in any way, but they did change things related to USB audio, thats for sure.
Did you reboot the shield when changing the sound settings? You must reboot for the changes to take effect.

OP5 Hogging Bluetooth

Hi all,
I'm running the latest OOS4.5.8 (rooted, Magisk (no modules installed)), and noticed for a whilst (including when on previous versions) that the phone will 'hog' bluetooth audio devices connected.
I've got a pair of bluetooth headphones that will pair and connect to 2 audio devices - but only play audio from one at a time (the first to start transmitting). Before I got my OP5 I could connect 2 phones easily and start playing from Spotify on either without any issues.
With the OP5 connected, I've noticed often no audio comes out when I play spotify on the other phone - until I turn off Bluetooth on the OP5 at which point the headphones announces the phone is disconnected and audio that was playing from the other phone comes out.
I think this has been happening for a while, but I've only just identified the actual cause (before this I thought it was a headphone / spotify problem).
Has anyone experienced this / have any suggestions?
There's a Bluetooth audio codec in the advanced menu in settings, would that make any change ?
If not then potentially unpair all the devices and then resync up, there are very few options in regards to Bluetooth, it's pretty much on or off.
Also (could be unrelated) I've read that you can only have one Bluetooth controller at a time connected for gaming, so maybe this is related ? Could a Kernel change possibly help?
Check the threads to see if it's listed.

Bluetooth audio issue

Hi,
Has anyone had any issues after connecting to some bluetooth audio devices where it shows paired but audio plays out the phone loudspeaker and not the bluetooth device?
The issue can be resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting to said bluetooth device but it can be very frustrating or dangerous if driving. I've had it happen with a JBL Charge 2+, Logitech bluetooth receiver, and my car.
I'm wondering if anyone has been having or seen the same issue and if anyone might know how to resolve this.
Note: Running stock 7.0 on 5.2" zenfone 3.
Thanks in advance.

Cannot connect S7 edge to car stereo using BT

Hello everyone,
I have a real weird issue with my phone when trying to connect it to my car stereo using BT. I use a MiBand 2 and whenever I connect the band to my phone(Mi Fit app active), I cannot connect my phone to the car stereo . If I unpair the band (Mi Fit app still active) I have no issues connecting the two devices.
Anyone has an idea on how to workaround this issue?
(BTW, even in the new Oreo release I still have the issue)
Thanks in advance
Do you use stock rom? You can connect a few speakers on ironman or resurrection roms.
Or maybe try turning off bluetooth settings like phone calls for miband, etc. Try different combinations
